The sales ladies were fantastic and were very responsive to all my questions. Both construction managers were great and very responsive as well to emails.

This is our 2nd new construction home purchase experience. It was very smooth from beginning to end. Lennar made the process easy by preselected all color schemes and everything included package such as blinds and security system - which is super helpful especially for an out of state buyer like us. It’s unavoidable to find something that needs to be fixed but the team always responded quickly so far! We are very happy with the purchase overall.

The Lennar home buying experience was quite pleasant. The on site agent, Angela was GREAT to work with. Gary the builder always made time to answer my questions and never made me feel like I was a bother.

Lennar! Lennar! Lennar! They helped me buy my first home that ended up being my dream home. I am now a Veteran homeowner and I wouldn't have gone with any other builder. Justin and Christopher are the utmost professionals who answered any questions I had throughout the process. They have a great team overthere!

The whole home buying process was a breeze. Lennar was able to provide competitive mortgage and insurance rates. We were updated regularly on the homes progress. We have been at our new home for 2 months and no complaints to date. Any minor issues were addressed by the service team.

The experience was great. They worked with us and we oversaw every step. I could not buy resale without bidding wars. So new home was the way to go. We had a few hiccups after close but all issues have been resolved

Lennar is a great track home builder and they are the best to deal with when it comes to buying a home from A to Z. All companies working under the Lennar supervision are great in the process of completing the home building and the buying process. I recommend Lennar extensively to any one that is ready for a smooth transition to a new home.

I love my home. I love how quickly things get done when you have an issue. Everyone just wants to help and make your experience a good easy happy one. This is my 4th new construction home and I never experienced my AC being used or my toilets being used before i moved in. I believe in preventing issues not having to fix things, and things like tubs not being protected during tile work filling the tub with debris and expecting the tub to come out un damaged is ridiculous. Allowing all the debris to go down the sewer lines and into the air ducts....... All in all everyone works real hard to deliver a beautiful home and I am grateful, I love my Lennar home ... More

Quality control very poor

Overall a very great experience for me to be part of Cypress Ranch community. Love this location, because of nature preserve & easy accessible to stores, restaurants, schools and many more.

Lennar did everything great but we literally bought our house at peak market prices so I don't want to give 5 stars on value lol.

Experience with Lennar was great. They were notifying at each step about home progress and things went smoothly.

Hello, The home interior was beautifully built and has had zero issues in our first month. Our only complaint was the overall curb appeal of the landscape. There was no mesh no avoid weed, edging was bad, plant disbursement looked uneven, and just not great. I would rather have landscape be bad than anything else, so still not upset! Our first project was to completely gut it though as a result and do it ourselves. Other than that, everything has been great! Sadly the sod came in when it was crazy hot, so that has been a process to revive but not the fault of Lennar on that! Thanks, Nick

I have been very satisfied with the associates that work for Lennar. Brandon, project manager, was excellent. He was fantastic with updates and any questions that I had. After I moved in, Grayson, was also very helpful with questions that I had. My only complaint or suggestions for Lennar is minor. Why weren't towel bars or ceiling fans installed? It would also have been nice to have an irrigation system installed as well. Having 4-6 hoses plus sprinklers to cover the large grass area was very costly and it interferes with the lawn maintenance. Lastly, setting up the systems for the "smart" house was not very easy for me. It would have been nice to have had someone to come and set it up or a name and number of someone who could do it. Much better experience on build quality than recent purchase of D R Horton.

I was very pleased working with my loan officer and the seller agent from Lennar, both were polite, guided me through the expectations and requirements in a timely manner. This is my family’s second purchase from Lennar and we will encourage our children to choose them when they are ready to buy.

The people are amazing, great at their jobs, efficient and attentive with great personalities and customer service. I recommend using Lennar’s services every step of the way through the entire process. They made it incredibly efficient and easy.

Nice and awesome buying experience

I closed on my property before the construction was completed, I was assured by the builder that I would have access to the property 2 weeks after closing, This didn't happen. Fortunately, the builder compensated me for the delay in completion.
