House had no options to change. You get only what comes with the house.

From the sales agent to the customer care rep, Lennar ensures that the buyer is totally satisfied with their home. The all is included is great, but should also include a washer/dryer and refrigerator...or at least have options to chose from so that they are installed when transfer of ownership occurs or an opted-out ability should the buyer want to provide their own. When moving long distance, a "complete" home would have been preferred.

My experience with Lennar is straight forward and I love the value of my home in this competitive market

Lennar houses are great but be sure to add 3 months from the promised date you get.

The office staff was very professional and responsive. Gina Hurff is a great communicator with regular correspondence. The attention to detail in the finished home could be better. A few more choices in design options and material color would be appreciated fir a home of that price. Overall a good experience.

Closing process is amazingly easy. 4 stars on value only because of the bidding process. Lennar tries to suck every last penny out of the buyer. They know know what a fair profit margin, to remain profitable is and should price their homes accordingly… With that being said the staff from sales to construction are amazing

Condo has been everything as expected!

We had a great experience with the builders. Robbie did an amazing job of explaining the home and giving the right information regarding all the home’s features. He showed excellent commitment to customer service by his thorough walk through and knowledge regarding our property and the community we now live in. My only reservation was when we switched floor plans to the chatham II from the brighton II, you guys unfortunately took two weeks and half to re-do the paperwork, in that time interest rates rose significantly costing me ultimately. Besides that I wish we would have purchased our home sooner from you guys. In the end we had a great first home buying experience : from the front end office Carl, to the site manager/ supervisor Robbie, to Candyce our realtor everyone did their part to get us into the home of our dreams. Buying with Lennar was very simple and stress free. All staff I had an opportunity to work with were very friendly and helpful.

My experience was pleasant. At first I was very concerned bcz of all the YouTube videos I watched but thank God I didn’t have any issues at all. My loan officer was really good and she helped us get through the process with no issues. I am very happy with my experience with Lennar.

The sales team especially Stacy did a great job for us. She followed up every week about the progress.

Everyone in general was great. The mortgage team was great and patient and helpful. I had my own realtor and am glad I did. The home was finished as promised. Keep in mind you buy what they build, no changes or accommodations. I was grateful for the lawn and landscape so no mud to deal with. In this market they are the best so far.

My experience with the selling agent and customer service agent Kami was excellent. Both were very responsive and focused on customer satisfaction. There were a few issues with various things either missing or not functioning properly that are being expediently resolved.

Our overall experience was very fast as bought a house that was already in progress. The Lennar office staff was terrific and extremely helpful in the buying process. Our whole experience with closing was very smooth. The only blip we experienced was not having some preclosing requirements met and difficulty getting those completed after closing. Some was supply chain issue which is understandable. Others, we are still waiting on a few things. Patience has been key, but overall we would use Lennar again. Our home is beautiful.

The 1 thing I'd recommend is the fence process shouldn't be left up to homeowners trying to split costs with people you've never met who don't want to spend more $

Everyone has been extremely helpful and understanding especially since we’re not computer literate. Would be great if there was another method for computer dummies like me. Home is beautiful, personnel have been very accommodating when it comes to our needs.

Still early but seems like a well built home. Staff has been friendly, responsive and helpful

Buying Lennar Home is great.

With the home buying market being as insane as it was in early 2022, we chose to go the NEW HOME route to make sure we got what we were looking for and without the fear of someone outbidding us. The whole process from viewing the models, to financing and after the sale Customer service has been excellent

So we ended a 5 year home search with Lennar in the fantastic neighborhood of the Falls at Green Meadows. Christy the Lennar realtor was fantastic, in fact if it wasn't for her, we would not have been here. The whole team from Lennar has been super, Liz the foreman, Jorge, the customer rep and all the people in the Mortgage Dept were superb !! Now I won't lie and not say that we didnt have some issues, but they are expected and Lennar is doing great in taking care of them. A wonderful Company and fantastic people !

We had a great experience with Jen during the sales process. Linh was great to work with on the mortgage side. Jonathan has been great on following up on some issues that we found on our walk through and soon after we moved in. The one thing that could be improved is the landscaping. The landscaping could have been planned better so we wouldn't still have a dirt yard 2 months after closing.

Our journey with Lennar has been smooth. Newly constructed home looks and feels great! Lennar delivered on time, and with quality. It has been almost 1.5 months since we moved in to this new home and so far, few initial minor issues found after move-in were promptly and professionally serviced by Lennar team. I recommend Lennar for those home buyers who want to buy a brand new home. Lennar is very organized.
