Overall great , except title was non responsive , eventually they did it right but communication can be better

In a competitive market, I appreciated how the lennar representative assist me in getting on the list to purchase a home. I moved in the day I was projected to move in, no delays.

The best is Lila the concierge has been fantastic always answers her phone always helps me, Everton was very good too keeping in touch, Vince is very nice and has come to the house with people to fix things, because we do not live there! Your Lennar mortgage is the worst I've ever dealt with and screwed up so many things they don't call people back you have to hunt them down and then leave messages which they don't return calls, thank God we did not take a loan with them!

The quality and design of materials used far exceeds my expectations. I've purchased previous homes before, but Lennar stands out in the quality of materials used.

This was our first time ever buying a home, and we are glad and blessed having worked with the Lennar team for Overland Grove in Forney, TX. Scott, my Lennar agent was really instrumental throughout the entire process, he made sure I received weekly updates and was always welcoming if I had any questions about the build status. The entire loan team was also great, they communicated everything well making sure I am always updated with the loan application. I would definitely recommend Lennar to friends and family!

I am overall satisfied with the service. The only thing regarding paint on wall. It might be thin because of new and first time. but very thin layer which comes out with easy press. otherwise all is good.

From the sales department, decor advisors, and the managing builders we were very pleased with all the friendly, professional workers that Lennar employs. Would purchase from Lennar again.

Ease of transaction and delivery of final product.

Overall quality and good experience from the sales team, mortgage team, to the construction team. A few minor punch items needed to be addressed after closing which has taken a bit of time to complete, but overall good experience. Recommend Lennar, good builders.

What I especially loved about the experience with Lennar is the team who provided support and guidance from the time of purchase to build to close and now post-close. That one does not need to pick out finishes or worry about those details was a plus for me as everything Lennar selected was what I would have selected myself in large part.

Reasonable price and good quality in current market

On time delivery, reliable builder keep up their words. Only downside is after signing the doc, very difficult to get their help.

Perfect house in every way

Everything was first rate quality-- our home was turned over to us in a timely manner with no outstanding repairs needed. Construction crew and Lennar consruction representative were courteous and very helpful.

Lennar adherence to closing date was exceptional. While various builders were slipping by months, Lennar was precise to the week.

The process moved pretty efficiently and I closed right when they said I would. Gail was great keeping me updated and answering any questions I had. Aaron the construction manager was thorough and efficient during the orientation and we were out at ease about everything. Any issues were quickly addressed and I appreciate that.

Both my wife and I were so happy that we worked with Sherry for our new home. She was always willing to help us from the beginning all the way to the end. She's the best professional we've ever experienced. Many thanks to her!

Initial purchase with sales was great. They are fantastic people. Felt the mortgage department of Lennar to be friendly but a little pushy as we did not mortgage with Lennar and got several calls asking why and encouraging us to give them our business. Walk throughs were great and very informative as our questions were answered and issues resolved. It was only after closing, which was a bit strange that we felt a little forgotten.

We really enjoyed working with Lennar. The process was made simple by good communication and friendly and helpful staff in all departments. From financing, to the builders and even the customer service department once we moved in, everyone has been super helpful.

As we shopped the crazy Utah housing market, we quickly discovered the Lennar had the location, finishes, and floor plan that worked best for us at a price that was the same as lower quality existing homes for sale. Really great value all around for new construction.

the entire process of walkthru, regular updates about the progress, and the quality of everything was a plus otherwise other companies offer basic and then ask for upgrading everything which becomes a pain in the neck.
