Lennar's associates were quick to response to our concerns/questions. Additionally, they guided us every step of the way to purchase a beautiful home.

Everything is well, i bought the house to rent

The overall process was great, Liz was so easy to work with and gave us so many updates. As far as the inspection process, and move in, there were some issues.

So far the experience has been positive with very easy remote online closing. This is our third Lennar home.

Sales associate was great! Overall, the experience has been positive. I am disappointed in the cheap model dishwasher. The other appliances are quality. The warranty service has been very responsive.

Tyrone did a great job of helping us buy. We were doing a reverse mortgage. Lily, at Lennar Mortgage referred us toa reverse mortgage broker, Joy. The experience was new and different, but between Joy and the team at Lennar Title, it came off and we closed on time. We are very pleased with the experience so far.

I love the idea of the new generation style house. It has everything my wife and I need, but with extra space for visitors or when our children come to visit us. As always, there are small details to improve, but that will keep me busy. I really recommend Lennar

Service is good very helpful people

We have been in our new home for about six weeks. I have heard nothing but horror stories from people I know that have bought new construction with finding tons of shortcuts taken that caused issues or when finding a problem, having to fight to get the work done under warranty. Our house seems to be very well built. We found a small leak in the roof after about a week during a massive storm. We reported it and warranty support was amazing to deal with. We had everything taken care off very quickly and were kept informed on the process every step of the way. So far, I cannot find any real issues to complain about. Great job considering the supply chain issues and labor shortages.

I love my model in particular and the idea of a complex with so many amenities.

Matt was our sales rep and was outstanding. He was available to answer our many questions. Alex and Annie in warranty addressed our list quickly and efficiently.

We were kept informed about construction status weekly

The idea of buying a new home opposed to older ones has the great advantage of not to worry about whether the electrical and/or the plumbing systems have to be replaced shortly after buying it. LENNAR Homes are outstanding.

Coming from a custom built home, you have to adjust your expectations. Townhouse is well constructed and very comfortable but fine craftsmanship not a strength. Still, we love it.

Backyard grass is uneven, but all others concerns are addressed in one month.

It was a quick informative process, our house is perfect” thank you Stephanie” the construction is top notch”thank you Eric” and the loan process was straight forward with nothing hidden, “thank you Andy and Desserie”

Our whole Lennar experience was great from the sales team, work site personnel and warranty team. They made us feel welcome and made sure we were kept up to date with our home.

Quality home at an affordable price.

Lennar offers a unique build that includes higher end appointments at an all included price. Great attention to detail and spacious floor plans. The quality of workmanship could be a bit better, but it seem that subcontractors don’t all possess the same quest for quality. It was disappointing to see things that were important to us as home buyers, was less than important to the contractor. Also, things that were supposed to be included with the home, were cut “due to Covid”, which to me is lazy.

Dedicated to help and support trough the process to make everything easier

The loan office -Rachel was amazing. While the process was long I totally understood why. The team was amazing. While I am still finding small issues here and there, my rep Jon from customer service has been very responsive so that has been great.
