Amazing builders. We shopped around with other builders, but Lennar was the one to create the entire plan that would work for my family.

Everyone is so great to work with from our salesperson Gina to the Construction Manager Victor. They are very responsive and do it all with a smile and a right attitude. Jake our customer service rep has been good also. Very happy with my home and my buying experience.

The Gastonia staff truly cared (Caitlyn, Sara, Brittany) and paid attention to detail. Great communication between everyone and was a wonderful experience being this was my first home build. I am very pleased with my home and have zero complaints. From initial signing to closing, everyone involved has been wonderful. Their preferred lender was wonderful to and have no complaints. Once you close and move in If there are any issues that need to be addressed they are fixed in a timely manner. Excellent service!!!

I love my new home, the little things that have gone wrong have been corrected quickly.

If you have any issues they correct them so you end up with a great home

Since moving in, there have been a few minor glitches, which have been quickly remedied. Impressive follow up from Lennar to be sure we are satisfied.

From our first visit to Babcock Ranch we were pleased with our Sales Consultant who was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had decided on the Sylvester as we wanted 4 bedrooms and 3 Bath and no stairs. Going forward during building process our sales consultant was in touch with updates on the progress. When it was time for our walk thru we were very satisfied with the construction manager and felt he did a great job explaining everything about our new home. Both of these gentlemen were we believe why our experience was so good. Lastly the gentleman who came out after we had been in our home for a couple of months was again very professional and knowledgeable in explaining the warranties and answering all our questions. We realize that nothing is ever perfect, but when you have people such as who we were lucky enough to work with it makes moving to a new home and new place and state enjoyable. From sales office to after sales customer service team are responsive and get issue resolved . Except Lennar mortgage was a horrible experience with mortgage agent to underwriting, except Cherry , the person who collect documents .

The house is full of excellent details, the quality of the structure as well, I believe that the all-inclusive program helped us a lot to invest less time in decisions, and we took advantage of this to do other things that we needed, the house is beautiful.

Everyone I was in contact with couldn’t have be more thorough, kind, patient and efficient.
