Very courtesy and responded every time i had questions or issues. Overall great people and the processing in getting home. Especially the incentive in buying in the area of my home. Great savings on down payment.

The kindness and timely attention of its employees

I was walked thru every step of the process with my questions answered. I bought the home but never saw it until my walk thru before closing. I lived over 1,000 miles away but with weekly updates and pictures I could follow the building process. I have been extremely happy and of the minimal issues I had Lennar has fixed every one.

They are on top of your requests and are always there to help when they can. Yvette was awesome!

Two people really made me feel valued. Cindy Wilke who greeted me ams helped me decide to purchase a home and Mel Martinez who helped with any questions and actions needed to my home upon purchase.
