We had an awesome experience with Lennar. As first time home buyers moving from PA to Florida, it could have been super stressful. They made it simple and enjoyable and we got an amazing home for the price. We love it and when small issues have come up, they have taken care of them very quickly. Would HIGHLY recommend Lennar. How friendly and honest the staff has been. Lisa has been great throughout. She’s been there to answer all questions and made sure to keep us informed. Always prompt and just made it an enjoyable experience. Even after there was some fixes but nothing they couldn’t help fix and even then have been really accommodating and pleasant to work with Trevor as well.

Lennar is the home of my choice! My home is upscale and beautiful. Plus everything is included. Which is amazing for the price. They have this fantastic team the works with you from beginning to end, To answer any questions help with any matters or concerns. I never had to wait for help someone was always quick to respond with a Knowledgeable answer or fix. I was treated like 1st class in a family way. Everyone was so nice. I had an excellent over all experience with this home buying purchase. I also feel my experience is not over I feel Lennar will be there if I need them in the future.

Working with Lennar was a great experience from the moment we stepped foot into the community, through signing the contract to closing have all been top notch experiences. The time and care that was taken with us and our new home was great. All our questions answered throughout the process. As well since owning the home our warranty requests have been meet quickly as well. I would recommend anyone to work with Lennar. They care and take care of you from day 1 through ownership of the home!!

Lennar - Bradford at Emerson: Love the floor plan of the home, quality, and overall value. Had a few small issues but everyone involved was responsive to our concerns and Lennar's customer service values kicked in high gear. We truly appreciate it. From the construction manager, assistant construction manager and especially the design center, everyone worked together to make us 100% happy. Now, we are working with the warranty customer care specialist and she is amazing. As a representative of Lennar, her communication competency should be a benchmark for everyone in the customer service industry. It's a crazy time to be in the market, even for new builds. At one time new builds were a safe haven from bidding wars. If you were willing to pay the asking price, a reservation would reserve the home. Nice home, nice people, very pleasant experience

Very trustworthy and honest company. They set a high standard and live by that standard. Made me feel at ease knowing I was getting a quality investment that I call home.

All the people at lennar are great to work with I would do it again.

Everything in house is great quality. When a request is submitted everything is taken care of. Neighbors are great. Other home owners talked very highly of builder.

Outstanding The whole process was exceptional. From the time I selected the lot to closing time was timeless. The house is beautiful. I am very happy with the decision to move to hedges. I would recommend these builders anytime.

Stephanie, our sales rep, was incredible getting us through the home buying processes. Vince, the construction manager was incredible in making sure the house was as perfect for us as possible. He even stopped by occasionally after we moved in to make sure everything was going well. He went above and beyond helping me troubleshoot some work I was doing and touching up some paint that I messed up. The house itself has been a blessing. The family and I are loving the many “e.i.” Upgrades, and quality craftsmanship. This is our second Lennar home and we are very happy with both experiences.
