The people in the field are great. Sales man. General Cobtractors. Have to deal with corporate you will find they quickly don’t care. Good luck reaching one of them.

We’ll breakdown this review into 4 areas Lennar Sales, Lennar Title Services, Building Team, and Warranty. This review is for the Dolce Homesite Lennar Sales (Eileen and Carla) - Our first Dolce sales office experience was with Anastasia and she was great. She took the time to go over the features, explain things, and even took us around the Dolce neighborhood to show us properties and amenities. 1, Pushed to closing of the deal without completing the job with satisfaction 2. After closing, Buyers are pushed around for no reason. 3. Managers and main contractors very courteous and professional but workmanship fair. 4. Appliances are all Apartment grade.

I've been a successful sales person most of my life. My success came from listening to my customers. Lennar's sales force doesn't listen, they give orders. Home inspection is at this time and date be there. Settlement will be at such and such time be there. The times I received didn't work for us. It required two week argument to move them forward 90 minutes. I don't like an ultimatum, Lennar lives by them.

The buying process was fairly smooth. The home itself is beautiful, but definitely disappointed overall in the quality now that I am moved in. Issues arising as time goes on - major one being electrical work. An outlet in the garage was not working right off the bat - it was installed improperly. That was foreshadowing for the electrical issues that have arisen with breakers constantly tripping and lights and fans flickering. Kristen was extremely helpful and informative throughout the home buying process. She did everything she could in which her job role allowed. It was a pleasure working with her. On the other hand, Lennar (Corporate) was not considerate at all in accommodating to a closing date that worked best for me, unless additional money was added to the transaction. There are still some items inside and outside the house that were noted and marked before and during the walk through as items to be fixed that were ignored and have not been fixed as of 4/2/23. We were so excited to close on our new home! Until we walked in the door. The house wasn’t cleaned, drywall dust everywhere. The stove was sitting in the middle of the kitchen, the dishwasher or the disposal were not plugged in. So you know they weren’t tested to see if they worked. There was a huge dent in the top of the dryer that we saw a week before, but wasn’t replaced. There was 2 pages with pictures of problems we notice on the first walkthrough that still weren’t addressed on our closing day. The loan process was one of the longest I’ve ever done and this is my third home purchase. Even on the day we were supposed to close thing weren’t done and we had to call to find out we weren’t closing that day. My family moved out of our apartment and had to stay in hotels for a week waiting for everything to get sorted. Once we moved in we found issue that had been identified durning the walk through that were never addressed. Poor communication and too many repairs

The construction took 2 months more than anticipated. The communication or updates on the status of the house were very poor because The construction team was not providing updates. Once we moved into the house they were multiple concerns of undone repairs and we are still dealing with necessary repairs. Also, The tiles style were changed without notice to the buyer

My biggest complaint is the quality of workmanship. I don't have the time or space to list all of the issues but I'll sum it up with this. It must have been bring your kids to work day and they let their kids build the house...drunk!

Lennars' is working on the model of " quantity before quality ". They lack the small but important detail on their homes. The subcontractors appear to be working on getting the homes built quick and ignoring things that need extra time.

Lennar could become that next level company if they were "proactive" in their communication.It always seems like internal communication is poor at best so many more steps are needed to get something done than needed! Overall, Lennar builds a pretty good home but they get defensive when something needs to be corrected. It all comes down to being open and transparent, communication!!

The notified closing date changed multiple times. We were given an original closing to be October 2022 and based on that we planned for furniture delivery and for us to move in by November. Lennar missed the October closing and we had to pay rent until we could get into the house. We were notified of next closing to take place in January but we found problems with construction that had to be corrected before we could close and get into the house. We discovered some damage a week after closing and brought it to Lennar's attention. The Lennar customer rep took the info plus our assurance that we did not cause the damage, and then got back to us that because we didn't discover the damage prior to closing it was on us. We tried to contact the supervisor but were ignored.

Lennar Sales Team did no do good job in selling the property. Waitlist concept was not implemented and homes (phase-3) were sold on first come first base prior to the email notification of the phase availability etc. i have waited for an year and dreamt for my first home and end up with unsatisfied floor plan.

Lennar Mortgage was very easy to work with and that was the best part of the purchase. There were many issues I thought would have been done before closing such as soft close cabinets, paint, and other issues that should have been taken care of before closing.

I believe lennar is priced competitively in triple creek. You will miss out on some upgraded features but if your not afraid of some diy projects you can make it what you want and save a few bucks.

The house is very basic, for my living situation this house is OK. The workmanship seems to get the work done ,but quickly. The house is an inexpensive house and you get what you pay for. The community is very pleasant and I am one of the first to move in to my area, but I really like it so far. My biggest complaint is the entrance and exit to my community, we need a traffic light. It takes just as long to get in and out as it does to get were you want to go.

During our experience, we faced constant communication issues with our sales rep. There were times when we wouldn’t hear from him for weeks on end during the last few months leading up to closing. Our close date got pushed back multiple times which wasn’t an issue, the problem was that it was only communicated to us with little to no notice or until we reached out for an update multiple times. I had a great experience working with the construction crew and supervisor. The process from construction to the house being done built was good with great responsiveness of issues regarding the home and other issues throughout the process. The loan process was frustrating. They asked for paperwork the Friday before Christmas, I couldn’t get so my closing date got pushed.
