Very pleasant buying experience. There was no pressure to purchase. We spent time walking through all the models. We then looked at different lots and decided we wanted a lot the backed up to the woods. These were not available but our sales representative said he would call us when one was available. He did just that and we are very happy he did. We just love our new home.

The process of buying a home with Lennar was very easy. After moving in, the still remain very responsive to issues. Overall, a wonderful experience. My only criticism would be that it seems they put these homes up in a hurry which causes some shoddy work. I think I would rather wait a couple of extra months for a home that is complete and beautiful on the inside instead of finding a bunch of little things that could have been done better, completed, nicer, etc.. But great experience overall!

Keith has been quite helpful. I am somewhat disappointed the landscape quality and the terrible soil we have to work with. The clay is terrible around the house to work with and create a landscape to be proud of!

I bought my Lennar home just a few months ago and I am so far impressed with the quality and the value.It’s not a custom home but you would not know it .The builder did a good job of pointing out or finding cosmetic imperfections that i didn’t even spot and correcting them . The efficiency has been great with power bills for my 2200 sq foot home bring only about $.20.00 more s month than my 800 so foot condo I moved from . Eagle home mortgage ,their lender ,was good and easy to work with compared to lenders I have had in the past . I had an issue with my garage door that was corrected quickly. Other than that I have had no other problems. The home automation features are a great convenience and they sent out a tech to hook all that up and show me how to access all the features. It was a very satisfying experience working with Lennar in the building and purchase of my home.

The sales team and home service teams are easy to work with before, during, and after the sale. Great home for the money.

Working with Tim (sales office) made our experience perfect. We knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. He was extremely thorough, helpful, and patience plus his knowledge on the house, process, and products was amazing. I had complete trust in him. The construction managers were great. Funny guys, great with communicating to us and always always responded quickly and acted quickly. My only complaint was on the workmanship, mainly the painters. There was a lot of touch up work that needed to be addressed and there was/is paint on our hardwoods everywhere you look (now that we've moved in). We had a few issues that required service already but the responsiveness of the warranty process also has made everything better. ... More

This house and neighborhood is great.

It’s a track home. For what it is I am happy. I would buy is again.

I want recognize the professionalism and commitment of the construction manager Mr. Paul, always go above and beyond of any requirements of the new owners.

Why the rating is four stars on three out of four areas. The reasons are that since we moved in we had problems with the plumbing and the dryer exhaust duct and now are fixed, the sliding doors not working and were repaired, and the front door lock was not functioning as intended and was replaced. Elevators not working for days without advance notice, and even after being repaired are still not trusted. Also, we bought our washer and dryer even that in Lennar advertisement they should be included in the Condo. But, in general the Condo is a high quality product and deserves five stars and we like it. ... More

We loved our first Lennar home so much that when it came to buying another, we knew we would go with Lennar once again!

Our house is well constructed and staff was easy to work with and communicated often during the process. Any issues were addressed and handled in a professional manner.

Lennar staff are just outstanding and always there even after we moved in. We received follow up calls to check that everything was running smoothly in our new home.

We love the open floor plan!

Overall, I’m happy with my choice of Lennar. Any time I’ve had any issue, it is taken care of quickly.

Great value for the quality and size home. Not custom but you and customize it your self with our the custom price tag. Viet was fantastic walking us through the build price keeping us with in the price range we wanted to be in. He addressed issues quickly and still continues to be a wonderful resource.

Response times are not fast, no sign of property manger for the last 3 weeks
