A great experience for buying my first home.

Great staff that made the whole experience a joy. Everything was simplified so that I could understand it. Even after the sale, the customer service team was there to assist with any issues I had. The relationship did not just end on closing day. Great job Lennar

Very professional, kind, informative and always took time for any concerns and questions.

The underwriter had five month’s to prepare for closing and was still asking questions two days before closing. After submitting 104 separate documents they were still not satisfied. I felt as though I was being cross examined and on trial for some crime. Some one needs to take control of them. They act paranoid and are in fear of making a mistake so I felt as though they were taking out their frustrations on me. When they kept contacting me two days before closing I stopped responding

Excellent experience throughout the whole process

Love my new home, now I'm having issues with the taxes because the developer has not split off my individual property and it is messing up my over 65 homestead exemption and taxes in my escrow, I need to know who to call about it. Other than that it's been a great experience experience.

Weekly updates via email from the builder really helped me track the progress of the construction. The whole process of buying from Lennar was really smooth that I recommended Lennar to my family and friends.

Both Jennifer’s in the Homestead office were excellent to work with.

We researched all the major builders in Hamilton County before purchasing our home. After extensive research Lennar was the clear choice. Lennar's "Everything is Included" presents great value for money. Items that are extra with other builders are included with Lennar. For example, Lennar's contractors just fully sodded both front and back yard of our home. Based on the sod prices in our area this would have been a $5,000 cost to me. Other homes in our area are sod in the the front yard only, and seed in the backyard. This is just one of many items included with our home. The other standout feature of Lennar is their service. From Nathan our buying consultant, to Travis our build supervisor and now to Larry our after-market care representative, service has been excellent. Like all new homes there are a few minor items that need correction (not many thanks to Travis). Larry responds immediately, and the problem is fixed quickly and completely. I read many reviews of other builders. After-market care is often a weakness. Not the case with Lennar. Overall, after one-month in our home, we are pleased with the home and the service. Great customer service and craftsmanship. Very professional experience!

Freddie Lopez, Timber Creek, and Lennar have made this an exciting and wonderful experience. Freddie showed us everything Timber Creek had to offer, allowed us to make the best choices for us, explained everything well, and is even sending us pictures of our house while it’s being built so we can see the progress. Great guy, great company, and a great value for our money. We can’t wait to move in.
