Very good service during the process of the purchase

Lennar was very helpful during the build to send us photos of the status as we were out of state. Thank you Jennifer, Lillian and Brittany of the sales office. Titus and Sean from customer care were very helpful in the inspection process and responding to our building questions. We had not had gas before and we had cime from a different climate so we had related questions. They were thorough and very quick to respond. We also received very helpful referrals for home, car and umbrella insurance and for blinds and counter sealing and the mortgage company was responsive and helpful. Jordan and Seth both were kind and patient with us. Bring seniors we are not very tech savvy and both of them helped us in that regard. On the construction side, this is the worst paint and grout job I’ve ever seen. I was expecting builder grade paint but the manner in which was applied is awful. When we went to pick up the keys to our home we met Richard, customer care, who said he would be by in a few days. That was the last we saw of him.

The entire team made the buying experience quick and easy.

Responsive and attention to detail

Lennar has cut multiple corners in quality. They have done an abysmal job in leveling the lawn. The house finishing has multiple rough finishes. They have door a very poor job in closing out the gaps inside and outside the house. I would expect a lot more if I am paying more than 600k for a house.

I moved from a lovely Lennar 55+ community in NV, so I was comfortable with the quality of homes and communities they build, before I moved to a Lennar 55+ community in the Midwest. I’ve had two significant issues during my six weeks here, but Lennar’s Customer Care reps (warranty support) are very responsive and do their best to resolve issues. In my experience, Lennar homes are more affordable than others I’ve looked at, too.

Excellent experience from the beginning to the end. It didn’t feel like a sale was made. Rather that a home was found.

We have been thrilled with our experience dealing with Lennar. They have kept us informed during the entire process. From qualifying to lending and moving in it has been smooth as can be. The whole experience of purchasing a home with Lennar was seamless and easy. Love that they had a dedicated person for our walk throughs and he was on top of everything. He did a fantastic job at doing the new home evaluation. They were super helpful in answering our questions and when we have had a few small issues they are quick to respond and get it fixed.

I wish we would have shopped around. Once we signed it was difficult to get a response. Trust was broken several times and we debated whether we should cancel and call our deposit a loss. Look around.

There was no hot water when we moved in, the washing machine didn't work. The dryer was tripping the breaker, which needed to be replaced. The front door entrance was poorly designed, causing you to get drenched from rain, making it virtually impassible. We requested several times for the front door area to be power washed from excessive dust, it never happened! Stay on top of Lennar for these types of things. That said, they did respond fairly quickly to address most issues. We will have to come out of pocket to fix the rain/front door issue.

Overall good experience, good communication and great people from the realtor, mortgage broker to the title company.

We moved from out of state and feel so lucky to have found Lennar. The process of buying from across the country was made easy and stress free with the virtual walk through and great communication that was fast and friendly. When we arrived at our new home in Lake Wales FL, it immediately felt like cozy and welcoming. Upon moving in and getting a chance to see it all up close, we are truly thankful and blessed to have such a quality built home. Solid and built to last through all that Florida can throw at it. Overall was good experience - did have some issues with "extras" have had to have some things fixed. Carpet layers left bumps under carpet. Garage door had bent rollers. need to check check and check - eerything was taken care of in a timely fashion.

Home buying experience was nice and smooth.

Rachel was superb, she thoroughly explained all the features and benefits of the complete Arden experience. She introduced me to Sean and Jennifer who were both excellent in keeping me informed every step of the way and made what can be the wirst part of the process a breeze. I did my walk through with Jasmine and everything was explained and demonstrated first hand, she was great. The process of getting the gate passes could be easier for new residence but the guards were excellent and understanding. I have had so.e repairs done with Samantha and Gisele and they were both excellent as well. Hats off to the process and the community! ... More

Process was smooth from start to finish. Closing team was phenomenal!!! Construction team was very responsive to my request. Julio (the project manager I believe) and his team including Sergio was extremeky engaged, professional and responsive to ALL my request. The master suite was big and spacious but the other two rooms were smaller than I would have liked especially for the cost I paid for the townhome. I would have liked to have had options to select my flooring and bathroom tiles but there were no options/choices provided to buyers. These are by no means negatives but instead my preferences because the materials and finishes they used was great and esthetically pleasing. Overall my experience was exceptional! ... More

The title company was not very organized The warranty department is extremely slow in responding to issues with our home I’ve been waiting over three weeks for them to get back to me with a date that they will be here to fix my issue Our sales person was nice It’s been very disappointing

Buying a Lennar home was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Closing was delayed, and the house wasn’t ready for inspection — the HVAC wasn’t installed, and the gas wasn’t on. Basic features like light fixtures, cabinet pulls, and lawn irrigation weren’t included, which is disappointing for the price. The yard is thick clay with no topsoil, causing drainage issues and sod that struggles to take root. We also faced a significant problem that Lennar refused to address until the city got involved. In hindsight, I’d spend a bit more on a builder that stands behind their work.

One month into ownership and this couldnt be going worse. Every other day there is something new that is going wrong. The grading on the yard is absolutely horrible and everyone is pointing the finger at something else. This is AWFUL and I am beyond disgusted with the way Lennar is handling this. I have standing water in my yard constantly, it smells awful and I cannot mow my grass.
