Materials and quality of build are great.

This was my first home buying experience and it was awesome! Everyone was very patient with me, informative and responded quickly. Chip, in my book was the most amazing! He went above and beyond on many occasions to make sure I was good and happy. He made me feel very valued by choosing lennar.

He does good work, could pick up items that have come from others working on new homes. I have 2 tire that are flat. No one takes responsive for them You could find out.

Front office at the arboretum in Fontana, ca was awesome however, eagle home mortgage was unorganized, poor communication, just terrible.

Townhouse came out beautiful. Very happy with the construction.

Lennar's quality of workmanship and value for price can't be beat. The limited options available for upgrades is great as it eliminates the nickel and dime mentality that most home builders partake in. However buying a home is a large investment and there should be a limited opportunity to customize where it doesn't impact cost or timelines. Being told no for every little thing is very off putting.

As a first time buyer, I was disappointed with the lack of options I had regarding building a brand new house. I didn't want dual sinks and I didn't want all the "smart house" tech, but there was no other option. Speaking of no options, I couldn't get tile or hardwood floors and I wasn't able to choose what was planted in my own front yard! Aside from those issues, the process itself was fantastic. My construction manager Jeff was extremely trustworthy and on top of everything. When we first met to go over things, he wrote down a date the house would be done by. When all was said and done, the house ended up being finished two days earlier than projected! On the walkthrough, Jeff pointed out issues we didn't even see. His honesty and integrity really put me at ease during a stressful time. The Lennar warranty is a real thing. I followed up with them about some issues with the house and the new construction manager, Brian, was on it very quickly. He also kept in constant touch with me throughout. I feel I purchased my first home for builders who were out for my best interest!

The staff is friendly and responsive, the quality is good, only gripe is the inability to add some customizations (like having rooms painted ahead of time, or different fixtures).

We love our new home. Everything is great!

It was very quick and everyone involved was very responsive to all my questions.

This was one of the most stressful experiences. This isn’t our first new home we have purchased. We honestly were extremely stressed out during the purchase.

I was given incorrect information when I first looked at the house and decided to purchase! Upon my final walkthrough I found out a refrigerator wasn't included in the price. I was told all you would need to buy is a washer and dryer. I was also told there tile would continue from the master bath into the walk-in closet when I asked if there would be tile or carpet in the master bedroom walk-in closet. I had planned to have tile installed in both bedrooms so that was an unexpected expense! I also wasn't told that there's not in ground sprinklers in the backyard. I had questioned what they meant by irrigation wasn't included and was told it was just the electricity to run the sprinkler system not that there wasn't any sprinkler system in the backyard and I would have to use city water and a sprinkler to water my backyard! ... Wish I would have a driveway and lawn. For the actual house, I have had no problems.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? I would like to start with the professionalism of the onsite agent Melinda. From the first day we visited to every visit after that, she was highly professional and responsive. The builder team understood our concerns regarding the yard when we brought something up and came up with a wonderful solution that we are very happy with. During construction they had several scheduled meetings during different stages of construction to let us know how things were progressing. These were beneficial to see where the utilities were located within the walls, prior to the sheetrock being installed. Lennar builds quality homes that last. We bought our first Lennar house 13 years ago and have had no construction issues during that time. When we decided to move, there was no thought of selling the house. Great houses for the price. The only downside is it seems like the house was rushed to be built, therefore; it had small issues once I moved in, but for the price I can’t complain. All the issues were resolved very quick, great customer service.

The overall buying experience was stress free. All I came into contact with, from the Lennar team, were friendly and responsive.

The best purchased I made. Everything is upgraded no need to upgrade. Love the big windows all around the house. It’s specious, it comes with high end appliances. They are easy to work with if you have issues with house, for example: an outlet not working. All you have to do is put in a maintenance order, Lennar service team will contact you and they will set up an appointment and fix the issue. Haven’t had a problem with them yet!

This is a great community! And my house is a delight for me. It took about 4 months to make it what I would have wanted to be delivered on day 1 (i.e. some customization like pulls on drawers and cabinet doors, tall toilets, towel bars, washer & dryer, my preferred refrigerator, pull-out drawers in the lower kitchen cabinets, etc. You know, the things that make a house a home.) I haven't yet reported any issues for repairs because I'm saving them for a larger list. Most of those issues are minor. I'm hoping the responsiveness is top notch. Overall, I'm quite happy with the house.

Team responds efficiently to questions and issues.

We're first-time buyers, and many times I didn't feel the support I needed, even though the response was always quick. I think the buying process could be a bit more user-friendly.
