Some challenges dealing with communicating with the financial group.

Great sales experience with the first contact. Seem to lure you in with deals but overall everyone does. Definitely benifits you using their companies. We used their mortgage company and their realtor to sell our home. Didn’t use their insurance because I had a friend who does it but still offered good rates. After closing so far everything has been great. Sandy was great at explaining everything and Zach the general on site has been super helpful. Would definitely use them again to purchase

Overall, we're very happy in our new home. As with all tract homes I've ever lived in, there has been some sloppy workmanship. However, that has been offset by Lennar's excellent service representatives, who have all been great at taking care of any issues in a timely and efficient manner. We also love this location, one of the best in Valencia. 4 1/2 stars, if this would allow that overall rating.

The overall purchase experience was good. They are efficient in getting everything done and the quality is great. The only negatives that I marked down on are that they don’t allow any modifications or changes at all in the process, you get exactly what they say and not all that is advertised. (No ceiling fans or ring doorbell that were on the online listing) The HOA rules are also way overdone. You pay a lot of money for a home only to have them tell you what you can or can’t do with any changes to the back or front of your home (do you really own it) I did enjoy working with all the staff that worked with us and they were very professional. ... Things went well with buying but all the computer docs kind of a pain.

Pretty quick process from 1st contact to settlement - under a month. Quality of home seems very high The builders team was courteous professional and very responsive. Lennar employees were proactive informative and professional.

Lennar really paid attention to our home buying needs and provided superior customer service from our first contact with their sales rep (Tina) to handing us the keys of home ownership. Working with Lennar’s financing team was the easiest home buying experience we’ve ever participated in (5+homes bought in past years). Their tours, walk throughs, focus on explaining how various utilities, appliances, and the home’s infrastructure worked, and including their incentives and warrantees put our minds at ease. The home itself is gorgeous. We love our new home!

To start Tammy was amazing. Super friendly, attentive, and supportive. She legit feels like part of the family! My kids constantly ask about her and she's never hesistates to check in with us or stop to chat when were walking through he neighbordhood. We came across an amazing opportunity for a dream lot and floor plan and couldn't pass it up. The home buying process was simple and fast! Osh (I guarantee im butchering his name) was and has continued to be supportive. His smile is contagious. Super knowledgeable and understanding. Did a great job showing us the home and going through everything we need to know for the initial walk through and followup. He even makes sure to check in periodically in passing even after weve been established! In short great experience! I will say some of the workmanship/materials leave something to be desired especially for the price point but maybe thats just the standard the current home market is held to... I will say with that said certain things I noticed that does separate Lennar. The concrete on the side comong out the garage side door. Seems small but I see many lenders not put anything there. The moisture monitor to determine if the sprinklers should turn on seems extra but nice touch.. all in all blessed and thankful! ... More

I had a pretty decent experience. This was my second time buying a home and the first time buying a new construction home. The process was pretty smooth but I did notice the most issues with the mortgage / lending department. I found multiple mistakes in my paperwork and I had to keep going over stuff with a fine tooth comb and I just didn't expect that to be my experience with the.

Just like anything else, the management of the process is important. Lennar in Lake Elmo at the Royal Golf Club has good management. Chad, the Construction Manager takes his job very seriously, keeps a close eye on the construction crews and makes sure every contractor does their job. Lennar uses the same crews of contractors from one house to the next, they are confident in the quality of their work as they have been proven over time on multiple jobs. Very happy with our decision to buy a Lennar home. The quality of the material used and the details are very nice. There was some items that needed to be fixed and the responsiveness to those items was a bit longer than expected; however, happy so far with our decision to buy in this neighborhood

We are thrilled with our home and the community. It is absolutely gorgeous! The home buying process was fairly smooth and short -- we had about three weeks from purchase to close. The only disappointment was our salesperson in the site's sales office, who gave us several pieces of misinformation about the property and community. She was not very helpful and our realtor had to do a lot of the work.

Coordinating the settlement and the inspection was not a very good experience. We showed up at the scheduled time no one was available. The coordinator couldn’t be located. Someone else filled in to take us through the inspection. Settlement papers had to be redone twice due to poor communication between the coordinator and legal council.

I like the Lennar builder, good home quality and very reasonable price. However, I believe they need to have more check points for their staff. They do not have good communications skills and trying to doge the responsibilities to the other person. I received the pool community about three weeks after purchase. my ring door is still not operating, and nobody takes responsibilities to fix or replace it.

Closed in August 2025, so far so good. No issues and lovely neighborhood

One thing you have to remember is that you're working with the seller's agent might be a good idea to bring someone who represents you. overall wasn't a bad experience but they're making some changes that we were not happy with but they made it work out with us, also read your paperwork carefully few times I've caught mistakes in their favor but again, overall I will still buy from them, their professionalism and detail to their work and customer service is pretty good.

David A did an excellent job obtaining a mortgage loan for me at a good rate. Matthew M was very attentive to making sure things were done correctly

We are very impressed with the workmanship on the home!

Prices are low; workmanship is okay.

Over all the experience was very positive.All the people at Lennar are very respectful and pleasant and easily reached when I have a question or need. The wall paint is a low quality but everything else is nice.

We just moved to new home, it was our first experience overall every thing was good, but still had some issues with material like comboard fresher. And other things

For this being my first home, I had a good experience with Lennar. Both the sales team and finance team were very responsive to all the questions I had, especially as a first timer buyer.
