This is our first home and overall our experience was fine. If it wasn’t for an agent in another Lennar community, I would’ve never bought this home because the Devin the realtor was not very helpful and personable. She was very unprofessional and spoke badly of the Lennar agent who actually helped us. The homes are over priced and don’t match the comps in the area and if you don’t know or negotiate you will be over paying. There are people in our neighborhood who purchased same home for less. Other builders are more transparent. They make you feel like your getting a massive discount but in reality your paying for what your getting. The home build is pretty descent though. The move in date estimate was pretty spot on. We have not had much issues except a few minor issues so far. The one good thing I can say is that they do hook you up with a person who you can reach out to for any issues and you have another 90 days to fix any other issues so that’s a plus. They also do another 1 year inspection which is good too. They do make sure you know they are not a maintenance company although I wish they would actually listen to what you have to say before making those statements. Excellent quality homes very comfortable prices.

Some things they are great a few other things they need to work on like the day we closed escrow the person that did the walk through NEVER called us back even after we Text him twice but other people like Ryan in the sales office is the BEST.

Overall, it was a great experience. It got a little upsettingly when I was dealing with the loan process, but in the end everything worked out fine. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the home looked amazing. I was please with the price of the home and the interest rate was second to none. I definitely recommend anyone who wants to purchase a new build to check out Lennar.

This was our third Lennar home purchased in the Carolinas. Never had a problem with them before and overall we are satisfied with our purchase. That being said, there does seem to be a downturn in the quality of work. Hoping this turns out to be the right move.

We love the house, getting used to the extra bills….water bill is double of our old water bill, taxes homeowners, melrose etc. The one thing that was disappointing is all the overlay of concrete that had to be chipped away before we concrete the north side walkway. All Lennar did was throw dirt over it. We love it here so far, the people here are very nice

Not sure how may of you have experienced the cost of living in crease in NJ but I have worked 2 jobs consecutively the last 4 years and can not afford a home in New Jersey! I am constantly being outbid and priced out of the housing market. I have spent the last 3 years looking and finally said: I guess I have to move out of state. I found the new construction home back in March, flew down in April and fell in love! Told my realtor. THIS IS MY HOUSE! He continued to speak and I just stared and repeated.... THIS IS MY HOUSE! The process was so stressful. Document after document, and verification.

The Tavola Lennar Team did an awesome job with handling any issues and concerns that I had. They REALLY made the process (which was a bit intimidating for me) smooth and worry free. They explained all my options, made sure I had an understanding of the processes and deadlines, and handled all my questions and concerns appropriately and in a timely manner.

The home builder supervisor does a great job, the 2 ladies at the home center on Camp Station Dr do a great job. Norm n Jeff both did a great job as well. A few minor things that you notice when you don't have your shoes on, mounds of cement under carpet in Master and living room. Hopefully it will be taken care of swiftly.

The major problems were the closing part. No hard copy paper of sign documents were available. Everything electroni. Bad idea. No on site closing agents with keys, ask me to drive 2 hours to pick up my key to a house I just paid cash for. Want never do that again.

I did re was uest what I thought was a minor addition of a sink in the garage which could not be completed. Working outside and in the garage makes a sink there very handy and useful. Overall quality is good, wo I ld have like a double sink today. Top row of kitchen cabinets are almost usless unless you live on a ladder. Not yet unpacked but things are c coming together. Have yet to spend a night in the house to much unpacking.

Overall It was good experience

I was looking to buying a home near a friend who was also buying in the same street. I was told it was already off the market and to select one a few houses down. Once the initial payment has gone through I wouldn’t get much response from anyone other than some pictures of the development. At the home walk near completion I was asked why I never visited the home during construction and that I had a lot of trust by never visiting. I mentioned I was never told I was able to and I wanted to change the type of flooring from the very get go before sheetrock was installed to all plank with no carpet. It wouldn’t be an option. Then to find out the house I initially wanted was available from the get go and is still listed for sale as I type this. It was rude and I couldn’t believe I was never reached out to by changing even before any payment was done. Overall I like my home now but it felt like no one truly cared for my thoughts or wishes. ... More

Excellent quality and Value. Small issues repaired promptly. Missed a 5 Star overall as the HOA/Lagoon information and figures was extremely poor. The Lagoon Sign Up process is totally dysfunctional and affects your reputation.

It would have been beneficial to have models of the 4 different styles of homes to view instead of only one model before buying. The dishwasher that came with the house was very cheap. We replaced it immediately. We really like the house so far after 2 months.

Our new home experience has not been overwhelming. Average quality of construction, no attention to details, contractors don’t care about your experience. Building around us is messy, dirty, and they make no honest attempt to change and clean up. Amenities are started, but almost no push to complete. Days go by with no real manpower to make progress.HOA does not respond or return phone calls.

Buying a home through Lennar was a smooth and satisfying experience. From the initial walkthrough to closing day, the process was well-organized and professionally handled. The home itself reflects solid craftsmanship and quality materials, and I feel I recieved good value for the price I paid. Lennar's team was responsive and helpful whenever questions came up, and they made sure any issues were addressed in a timely manner. While there's always room for improvement, I felt confident working with them and woul recoomend Lennar to any looking for a reliable homebuilder.

A lot of work, a lot of documents. Got to keep up with the agents. The faster you get the requests done the faster you move on to the next step. Then put your trust in the agents as you do not have time to review the contracts.

overall a good experience. would recommend. you are not buying a custom home but definitely a good experience
