The sales agent who we worked with did a great job getting us through the purchase process, and was at all times available and helpful. The mortgage manager went above and beyond helping us with some unique issues relating to the purchase, and was instrumental in completing the deal. The pre-move supervisor was also very helpful in insuring that everything was clean and complete before move-in. The negatives had to do with the disorganized manner with which info was presented; there were half a dozen entities reaching out to us, and it wasn't always clear what each represented, and how they impacted the process. We were also told that we had to go to Estero to get gate passes and Fobs, although that didn't ultimately prove to be necessary. ... More

Love my new home… specifically I like the floor plan and the fenced backyard.

Overall, I am satisfied with everything. The only thing I am a little disappointed about is the finishing work on the interior.

Good value for the price - beautiful clubhouse & facility.

Great house for the price. Small details were overlooked but it’s the things that you only notice living there for a month. Love the townhome that I got! The welcome packet could be a lot more helpful and informative. Had to figure things out on my own which is the only reason for the 4 stars. Overall I love it!

We enjoyed working with Suzanne and Andrea of Lennar Homes. Also, Travis and Marshall were very good during our walk-thru. I did feel like there were so many people doing all different type of jobs within Lennar that it was hard to keep everyone straight.

However, I had a terrible experience with Lennar tille company. It was very frustrating and disappointing experience. The day of the closing, my wife and I end up on the street with no place to live because, Lennar tittle didn’t do their job. They realized the down payment money was not was not there, when they were about to give the key if my house. And the worst part is, that they didn’t take responsibility for their mistake.

Second home purchased from Lennar, so you know we enjoy their homes! I feel this house was “rushed” compared to first home. Some of workmanship in this home not up to par— hoping with 60 day review items will be taken care of! Love our home and would buy another from Lennar- BUT WE ARE NEVER MOVING!!! :-)

Lennar Bridgewater is a great community and I'm so glad and thankful for God's blessings. The home buying process was great overall but the underwriter MJ needs serious customer service training. She was rude, zero personality, and made it less desirable. Thankfully the Loan Officer was amazing by being God-fearing and a listening ear.

The overall home buying experience with Lennar was very positive. Everyone we worked with from our initial contact through closing was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Being kept informed of the status of each step of the home buying process is important to me and the Lennar team did a good job of doing that. They responded back quickly with any questions they couldn’t immediately answer and didn’t make me continue to call them for that information.

There were some painting issues that were somewhat small but quite visible. Baseboards that were painted but when the nail holes were filled they were done poorly and are quite visible in some areas and the color doesn’t match. Overall, I do love my new home except for that.

Good house buying experience. Not happy with the ARC/property management. With a ARC this restrictive they need 3 car garages as an option for their homes!

We had some of the repairs still . Waiting for them to be fixed.

This is our second production home purchase in the past four years. The other was from Taylor Morrison. Lennar provided a better overall experience than did Taylor Morrison. The home purchase process was relatively uneventful. All promises from the builder were kept. The home was not ready to close on the estimated date. That required an additional move on our part the cost of which was willingly borne by Lennar. We are satisfied with the home construction with the understanding that this was a production build. For the most part, builder grade materials and workmanship was expected and received. This necessitates much after the purchase modifications and improvements, but such was expected by us. The community is a pleasure in which to reside, and we have no regrets with our purchase. I would certainly purchase again from Lennar, and would recommend them to others. ... More

I was kept informed in every aspect of how far along the house build was going and when was the home closing happening.

Sales was great. Paint and texture wipe off when cleaning walls. Lennar said not covered because paint is water based. We painted when we moved in with professional painters said the texture was coming when they were painting. The kitchen cabinets also have texture splatter on them. We pointed it out and was told someone would come out to clean but to date no one has been out

Although I love my house with the money we spent there were things that surprised me that I was not happy with. One the paint job in this house was a cheap notoriousness that took not only lots of paint to cover up but also a lot of sanding. The grout to all the tile was done poorly. The bangs and dings throughout the house was clearly laziness from the crews. On the other hand, for the company to continue to fix things is a plus. I will say there were a few things that they are putting off because of the time of year which makes me believe they truly care. The quality of the upgrades we paid for was well worth it after looking at my neighbors homes. I would have been greatly disappointed if we had not upgraded. ... More

My overall experience with lennar was great and I am very happy and satisfied with the house. Victoria on the other hand made me feel stupid and as if I was wasting her time and was very rude toward me and my real estate agent. Countless times she would make comments making me feel less intelligent and she almost made the deal fall through several times throughout the experience. She also made several comments that were extremely unprofessional towards my real estate agent. Victoria would be a serious issue in my opinion for future sales and without her in the process this would have been one of the best experiences. ... More

Lennar concierge and customer care were very helpful, responsive, prompt in addressing, meeting my needs and concerns about the new home purchase.

I had a very annoying intermittent sound in the house that was difficult to identify. The customer service reps paid immediate attention and got the right people out to investigate and fix the problem. Very professional. I could not have asked for better service.

Love my new home and the neighborhood.

We had a great experience with Matt brown in purchasing the home and the house was supposed to be completed in 8-10 months and it was 8 months. Amazing
