First I want to say I am more sad than anything. Throughout the whole process I had issues. I was not listened to and my voice was not heard. There were issues that never got resolved and they started treating me terrible when I would try to address the concerns. One of the sales people asked me how I had so much time to leave my work desk to come to the office when I stopped in to say hi and try to build back a relationship since so many things were going wrong. When Lennar contractor pour the foundation for our house they didn’t level the foundation foundation therefore when the flooring was put in there were low and high spots throughout the house. Even though they removed the flooring and removed Natalie’s it again but they could not get it right. Our furniture throughout the house are not level. The light switches in the bathrooms were installed behind the door when you walk in the dark you have to open the door all the way and look for the wall switch.

The overload of everything Lennar was a nightmare; new grass layed on hard clay; high fee for changing HOA over to me with never ending fee for 60 plus years and no one controlling the rules or bylaws. Get your hands on the HOA bylaws before you buy wish I had. I will not be here in 5 years.

First, the house number was incorrect. Completely different than the other homes on the street. House exterior paint was wrong. My wife had to point out both of these issues out to Lennar (they thought we were wrong until they looked further into it). Our dates for walk throughs were changed several times. Several repair issues that people were signing off as "ok". The icing on the cake was the day before close of escrow. Apparently Lennar wasn't and hadn't been very responsive to our lender/realtor (guess lennar is known for that). This led to us almost not closing on our due date. My wife ...

We didn’t love the buying experience. We feel like we were just told what we want to hear when that’s not true. The painter spilled paint all over our drive way that still is there and supposedly will be fixed in the spring. The front porch was supposed to be fixed before we moved in as promised and it was not. A lot of cracks, the paint scratches so easily, wish they wouldn’t have put carpet in the dining room as now we have to remove it.

Your salesman had some misinterpretations. During walk thru the representative lied to me right in my face. I was pressured to close on home at the time water hadn't even been cut on and when it did there was a leak. I was still being pressured to close. Then my home had no shutters but was being pressured to close. Terrible experience and I wishi purchased with Lennar. Then after seeing some of the workmanship after moving in it's truly terrible.

Our experience purchasing a Lennar home was disappointing and frustrating. The sales and closing process lacked organization and clear communication. We were passed between multiple representatives who did not appear to be on the same page. High pressure from sales. Had to push back to get time to read the many documents. That became a trend throughout the whole process. After the decisions were made it was revealed that the pressure and deadlines were made up. Assurances made were fast and loose. Not all of them panned out. Finance was a mixed bag. The Lennar team was very personable, but it’s clear they are overextended, with more work than they can reasonably manage. As the home neared completion, the contractor’s quality noticeably declined. The finish work was subpar, and it appears the focus was placed on quantity rather than quality.

Overall, construction choices feel slapped together with no fore-thought on the completed project. Lower quality trim shows areas that should have been sanded smooth prior to painting. Have had an issue in my yard since day one, and have been tossed between HOA and Lennar for resolution. I had high hopes for this next chapter in my life.

The homes are average build. The quality of the materials used are subpar. These homes are not forever homes. Please get a good home inspector and ensure Lennar addresses the issues found. The Lennar Mortgage Company is horrendous and just flat out terrible. They are very unorganized and the underwriters are incompetent. The delays to closing are purely on Lennar Mortgage. They do not compensate or accommodate for the delays. IF you decide to buy a Lennar home, just be ready to have a Full-time job going back and forth with them to close on your home.

Process started with Lennar website posting of house and not honoring price posted. Thank goodness hired my own inspector. Paint in outside drains (illegal in CA), HVAC pad uneven causing vibration and noise, hump in roof and separation of tiles.

Most of the salespeople were the WORST. I sent the same scanned documents over and over again but was repeatedly asked for them by various people in different states .One finance person emailed me every day for six days in a row asking me for documents that had been sent. He didn't respond to my texts or emails and finally admitted he never opened the files I had sent. The same happened with another rep in another state. There was a site manager, everyone was calling him TK. He made me sign the pre-check list completion before the closing and verbally confirmed one of the issue with the patio door was fixed. I believed him,lol. When I checked it, it was not, I let him know he said he will take care of it by end of the day. But It was still not fixed. I had to request a warranty repair. The home buying experience was not what I thought it should've been. I was underwhelmed by the whole process. The only solid experience was with the timeliness with showing of houses and response time from anything I needed with Lennar Sales Rep. Otherwise, the Lennar Mortgage team needs to be reviewed as well as Lennar Construction team.
