I really like my new house. Great quality home

Sales/Purchase contract was very long (60 some pages). The sales rep expected our signature in a day or two. It was unrealistic to review the contract and many condo docs so promptly. Construction manage Devin was very responsive and summoned trade resources the same day as the walkthru.

Overall the experience was fantastic. The team was highly responsive during the initial process. I wish there was better communication during the final few weeks and that the blue tape walk was given more attention for the repairs as many things were left incomplete and required follow ups after. At this point the issues are resolved but it took quite a bit of work on my end for previously identified issues. That being said, the teams have been highly professional and the warranty team already has been great to work with. Overall I am satisfied and feel like this was a great purchase.

So the walls feel like primer not paint. The kitchen and bathroom drawer slides are not centered.Not the craftsmanship that we expected in a new home. Overall, just a lack of craftsmanship.

We initially loved the home as we settled in we seen more and more imperfections, laziness pure laziness. Take your time why push and try to get the house done I’m spending money on a house ALOT of money! Just do it right. Very frustrating all the walls you can see the imperfections you can see the joins where the next wall meets. My garage floor was cracked how In the world do I buy a brand new home a week old and they don’t fix anything, poor customer service don’t let them treat you like they treated us.

This is the 3rd new home I’ve purchased, but the first from Lennar. And while they did provide a very competitive closing deal package, the endless disclosures, the “have to do it the Lennar way or no-way” , the incompetency, broken promises or down right lies by some of the folks we worked with in the mortgage department, Sales team and warranty/customer service folks, never again. They cheated our Agent out of her commission! We purchased a model home and we’ve had to have suppliers out to fix a broken irrigation system, correct electrical wiring (who puts a refrigerator and microwave and 2 other outlets on the same breaker?), water lines under kitchen sink and now repair water leaking from the ceiling due to the air conditioner, whose drip pan is now broken? Pretty sure it was broken when installed into the ceiling, in a location designed by Lennar that no way can it be serviced/maintained. It’s literally crammed into this space. Ed our salesman was fantastic!!

Loan process was horrible, takes over four minutes to get hot water at the kitchen sink and they’re telling me that that that’s normal solar company went bankrupt. We can’t get hook up, Plumbing fixtures very not very good. HOA is a disaster. I am a general building contractor, great value for what you get. Just having issues. We shouldn’t be having no mail delivery yet. They told us six months or more. I have to go to the post office to get our mail which is 17 minutes away. I know most of these problems are not Lennar directly, but this neighborhood needs help just setting up our basic needs. ... More

Benjamin was wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable. The staff is a true asset to Lennar. Especially Trent. Get's the job done. A true winner to your company. No matter what the situation is he is always pleasant and extremely helpful follows up and makes sure the job is completed and done correctly.

No problem with my home

We went from we’re just taking a look at an open house to unexpectedly buying a new construction home. For years we had been eyeing Medley homes for when the time was right. Then we met with Joe and we went over all the incentives and before you knew it we were putting a down payment. The entire purchasing process went incredibly smooth. Everything was transparent and amazing communication from everyone involved. We used Lennar Mortgage and title and it was all seamless. I’ve worked in the mortgage industry in the past and know home buying perils. I was completely in shock at how smooth everything went as they prepared us for everything. Have been in the house for over a month and just last week entered three work orders and was impressed at how fast all were fixed. Really have nothing but praise so far. Been a great experience so far. Been in the home coming up on 60 days and the one issue we had was addressed the same day I brought it up.

I paid a good price for this home but I see many of the materials us3d to construct my home are poor or low quality that will not last more than 4 to 5 years like the exterior siding made out of compressed wood not cement hardy bia4ds. I also see loopholes to avoid some warranty repairs like trees that died 2 weeks after purchase date etc. Overall, good price but I will not buy a lennar home again. Thank you for the survey

Made my first home buying experience horrible. Took over 3 months from approving me to closing with little to no communication on their end. Stay away !!!!!!

The home I got it’s not the same as model house! So many details they are not finished. The builder used the cheap materials. For the 2210sqf I paid 471.۰۰۰in my Neighbourhood paying a lot less!

Be make sure to have a good Lender that will help you out through the process. Steve the first lender we had from Lennar quits on us. and I feel that he didn’t do his best to help us get the house. the 2nd lender we had outside Lennar was one of the best and she helped us get our dream home. But whatever happened Lennar still one of the good builders I know.

Mold growing in basement within 2 weeks of moving in. Builder told me it’s my problem now. So much for warranty

Great expereince with purchase and customer service

Great experience for a first time home buyer. Solid, single story block Florida home. Insurance loved it. Not a forever home, but the best right now home to build wealth.

My wife & I moved to North Carolina in late 2023. We were renting a townhome in Wake Forest, NC. We are both retired. We have usually bought existing homes but there was little inventory and all were over-priced. We decided to look at new construction. After some searching we found Lennar was building homes in two subdivisions near Garner, NC. We toured a number of homes in their Annandale subdivision. The lots were large (immediate plus) and we liked the layout of a few of their models. Our rental lease was due to expire in May of this year. The sales rep, Traci, showed us which lots and homes were expected to complete construction in May. We had a specific requirement for a downstairs bedroom with walk-in shower as my wife's 90+ year old mother will be coming to live with us. The Landrum III met our needs and we were able to select our desired lot. Traci offered incentives for the purchase and the price was better than any existing home. The construction manage, Chandler, assigned to us was fabulous. He kept us appraised of progress and answered all our questions. We obtained our mortgage through Lenner at a better than market rate. Lennar has an excellent customer oriented buying and quality control process. We closed on the house on May 1st. I have heard too many horror stories associated with new construction. I absolutely LOVE my new Lennar home!! I love the community feel, the location, and the home itself! The builders did such an amazing job of making sure to include very nice finishing touches. Love the open layout, and love the feel! I would highly recommend Lennar to other home buyers!
