During your new home owner's orientation, make sure you go over every nook and cranny. Ask a lot of questions, take a lot of notes, and make sure you bring these notes with you for the final walk through. Please don't misunderstand, Lennar has been very responsive at addressing every concern, although some took longer than others to remediate, but I feel there were too many minor details that were overlooked in the quality control process that make me feel like this project was rushed.

Buying a house isn't always the easiest thing to do but knowing that our sales rep, Trent, was on our side definitely made a difference. He was incredibly attentive to our needs throughout the entire process. He emailed us progress reports and made sure we were informed of everything going on. When problems arose (which is bound to happen in this type of process) Trent made sure everything was taken care of. He's the best and I don't know what we would've done without him.

Lennar was a good choice as a first time home buyer. The team was professional, responsive, and understanding throughout the entire process. Ultimately the home is what we needed at this point in time and while it's not perfect due to some blemishes left behind, it still turned out solid. One of the biggest hiccups we encountered was our mortgage/loan office left the company mid-way through the process and we were never told. We were given a new office and he never reached out to introduce himself or anything. We only found out who he was because we inquired about something and the person who reached out to us mentioned our officer's name and we didn't know who that was. When you're applying for a loan to build a home, it would be nice to stick with the same office the entire time, but obviously changes can/will happen. So, when they do it would be great to be informed so we know this is our new dedicated point of contact for any serious questions regarding your loan. The experince was good everybody was helpful

everything was good. anything at the walk through that was wrong was fixed right away. Then we did finial walk through. everything was fixed that was wrong. We have had 4 other houses but this is our first new home. It feels really good.

Overall good experience. Following items can be improved- 1.Use Blink security systems instead of Ring. There is no subscription associated with it. 2.Most of the Door locks are not properly tightened to the door. 3.Provide coaxial and LAN cable ports in all bed rooms. Mesh WIFI is not that great sometimes.

From the first day I entered the management office and discussed options to fit my need the caring, kindness and attention to detail was outstanding! The project manager addressed all concerns, making suggestions was with us every step of the way. We are very pleased.

Overall we're satisfied. Things I would change is cheap plastic handles to open, close windows, cheap plastic handles on toilets for over a $500,000 expect more quality overall. Wasn't happy with tile work in Kitchen or area where furnace was stored was a mess and super dirty.

The construction managers: Mike, Phil, John are great. They make up for shortcomings in the building process.

Choosing a home was a great experience! Angie did an Amazing job showing me and going over details and stayed in contact during the b built process. I would give a five Stars, however when it comes to the quality of the interior finish, I am a little disappointed. The paint is low quality and has a lot of off spots. When wiping down to move in the paint comes off completely. The home did not come with light fixtures in none of the rooms besides the kitchen and entry way which is a little disappointing and lastly the tile grout is filthy was never deep cleaned. When you purchase a new home you expect it move in ready, not expecting to drop a few hundred on buying fixtures and a floor cleaning company. It adds up quickly. Lennar kept home owners up to date on the progress as Sales Team & Construction Manager were constantly in touch. Workmanship was great. Overall experience was awesome

The sales process was great, Warrenttee response by Amanda is great except some contractors do not follow through.

JIm and ray were fantastic the whole building team made the whole experience great. I will say the financing side was a nightmare. There wasn’t much communication, it was our first time buying a home so we don’t know all the things like “locking in the interest rate” had know idea and almost lost the ability to purchase our home. But building team great. 10/10 recommend.

Loan officer response to locking a mortgage rate was too slow which cost us a higher rate than originally quoted

Lennar is HANDS DOWN the BEST builder we have worked with or come across. Their houses are gorgeous and the workmanship and list of inclusions is amazing! They make you feel valued and care about your home. However, our experience with their lender was horrible and I would suggest using your own mortgage company.

Lori was very helpful throughout the buying process. The maintenance guys have been very responsive.

Good home designs, but could use some improvement. ie. outlet placement, pod light placement, space in utility room, width of bathroom doorways, and options for grab bars.

Our salesperson, and our construction managers, along with the customer care (warranty) representatives were all great! For whatever reason, I feel as if the trades don’t pay attention to the small details. Making it necessary to put in a claim and wait an above average time to get it rectified. That being said. This is our third Lennar home and we couldn’t be happier with the home, and how well we were treated!

Lizz my sales agent was amazing, she helped out with every step in the process , always had an answer for me and always in a timely manner, great communication and updates!

It has been 1 month that we have moved-in, but we have had 3 flat tires, which I had to change 2 of tires due to nails inserting side wall of my tires. The construction team must stop dropping nails in the sidewalk and street / in front my driveway. I would like to be compensated for my cost impact.
