We had a great experience with Lennar. Everyone that we worked with were helpful, kind and knew what they were doing. We are very pleased with our new Lennar home!!

Had a great purchase experience, from the first contact to our agent Michael he was very responsive, and available. He helped us with outside financing due to self employment issues.Robert at Guild mortgage was great and got our mortgage taken care of quickly.

Really can't understand why you didn't continue with the fence when my neighbors have one .My mound of DIRT THAT'S SUPPOSE TO SOFTEN THE NOISE IS NOT TALL ENOUGH AND THERE IS NOT ENOUGH OF BUSHES ON TOP OF MOUND SO WHY U DID NOT COMPLETE THE PROJECT .I NEED HELP AND THE DESIGNER DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THE MASTER BEDROOM ON THE HIGHWAY WAS NOT A GOOD IDEA IT SHOULD BE IN THE FRONT I KNOW THERE WAS NO THOUGHT TO THAT

Once we decided on the Almalfi, Ms Yockel provided info about the closing. Since we were paying cash, we needed a little extra time and Ms Yockel helped us set a closing date. A walk-thru with a construction expert occurred prior to close and any outstanding issues were resolved. We feel part of a community with families that we continue to meet!

Our salesman, Alan, was great with showing us homes and explaining features. We found a home that really met our needs. Other than perhaps some sloppy painting, the house has been great! A couple of minor issues have been quickly addressed by Lennar. We are loving our new home and location!

I couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience. The process was quick, it took 47 days from first contact with the builder to closing! Every person from the Internet Sales Consultant to the building manager were professional and thorough.

Russell, Cody, and Yanzi were great! They responded quickly and were genuinely concerned and wanted to help. The buying process was long but everyone was patient and helpful. We appreciated the orientation meetings since they were thorough and gave us a sense of the highlights and functions of the house. The warranty meeting was also beneficial as we found out the common areas that need attention along with other tips.

Overall we are so pleased with the craftsmanship of our new home. From the materials used to the attention to detail, it is clear that Lennar workers have created a house that we can call home.

I bought my house from a floor plan site unseen. Closing was seamless and I was extremely impressed with the walk throughs and me finally getting my keys and everything about the home. I would recommend lennar to anyone that is in search of a new home.

This is the size of house we were looking for in a nice central location in the southern Denver area. We are both closer to work and have room in this house for work from home days or crafting. The only downside I have found, and this is coming from being an electrician and building inspector, is finding all 4 bedroom flush mount light fixtures being mounted with only 1 screw instead of the manufacturer's and code required 2 screws. I have replaced all with ceiling fans.

I helped my son purchase his first home at Henshaw Farms and overall it was a great experience. The process was smooth and organized which alleviated a lot of stress for us.

It was a great experience during the process, the house was delivered 15 days later than the plan time but besides of that everything was great, please always be aware of price reductions because sometimes when you buy the house the price can be up or down and lennar helped us to reduce it despite the price was higher, the house has not luxury materials but we are so happy living here, I will definitely recommend lennar to all my friends.

The People of Lennar have been a joy to work with while I believe the structure of, and the layers contained within, the Lennar organization could use some simplification by way of consolidation, especially when it comes to documentation and processes and communication. Although I can appreciate the need for divisions of responsibilities and authority, making sure that all of that is defined and communicated upfront while also being re-established and communicated throughout the engagement is important and tantamount to a clear, smooth and stress free understanding and journey. Keep it as simple as possible and be concise and clear as to what is being provided and promised. Not everyone goes to law school. I personally enjoyed the journey very much while I also felt as if more attention could be afforded an education of Lennar Structure and Organization and an upfront and well defined Road Map of the Process, would be welcomed and helpful. ... We had a great experience, as the home settled we noticed a lot of things but overall we are happy

The over all experience is great and the house is wonderful. Since this is my first house and as we have been getting to know it better. We have found little discrepancies that could have been caught while the build was going on. I know we have a year to have things fixed but it would have been nice NOT to have anything to fix too. Again, new home and first time home buyer so maybe I am being a little over methodical but then again we are spending a lot of money on our home so things should be what you want them to be.

Overall, it was a very good experience.

this experience has been seamless and exciting. Lennar helped me through every step of the way and allowed me to be a first time homebuyer.

All I can say is Lennar will try very hard to work with you if issues come up. The first sale of my house in another state the biyer bailed out on the purchase. The second buyers of my house bombed out as their co signer was refinancing their residence and could not co sign for the buyers when they were refinancing. The third sale of my out of state home went through in flying colors and I was allowed to purchase the home of my choice after Lennar had me under contract more than once. The company tries to be fair with its clients when things come up I appreciate all they did for me. I can see the workmanship is better than the last home I purchased out of state. The kitchen cabinets are a high quality grade and the flooring is put right up to the wall with a finished look. The flooring looks and feels like wood but is a luxury vinyl flooring that is high quality. It can be washed easily and my dogs and cat can’t make claw marks on it with their paws. The flooring is lovely and you would never see any marks from animals. If you need customer service they will respond quickly. All department that I was involved with in the purchase were polite and professional to me and answered my questions on a timely manner. The front and backyard were landscaped tastefully. Easy as could be expected worst

Great buying experience with new home salesperson Build trim and elevations of Orion were solid but not as nice as other Lennar home collections or home builders in nearby Great Park neighborhoods. For example, not having a dedicated range hood and having a microwave/hood combo was a disappointing shortcut taken in the included appliance selection. The inspection and home delivery process was thorough and smooth. I wish Lennar had a better partner for flooring upgrades/options than Vintage Design, LLC. Vintage Design offered limited options and was very expensive I also wish Lennar's solar installation partner GAF Energy was more responsive in the solar panel setup/enablement process. Lennar should seriously consider a different partner for this going forward. I am 2 months in and still have not been able to access my solar panel settings to setup PTO with Edison ... More

We had to sell our home in Florida before closing on our house here. Lennar was very supportive and patient throughout the process.
