The team here at Miranda is outstanding

From the sales office team to the mortgage and loan team, was a great experience. Helped me every step of the way. The completed house was great, I did not find one item at the walk through. I wish I could buy 10 more homes from Lennar.

I moved from California to Utah after living my entire life in sunny California. The busing process has been unexpectedly easy. I loved the models and the rest is history and it was fast and painless. I’m still getting settled in and I’ve notice a few small things here and there that need to be taken care of but if repairs and replacements are as easy as buying my new home, it will be easy, quick and stress free.

Have everything ready- the approval process was not easy. I had to submit the same document multiple times for no appear reason.

Stan and NaShae were wonderful and extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. This is my first home purchase, they led the way. After move in, Sean and the construction team are kind and just as responsive. They are helpful with any warranty requests and even general questions. The team at Cottonbrook has made this process far less stressful and very pleasant.

My expectations were met and Lennar workers were helpful in guiding me on this process.

Very smooth and no surprises

Overall all of the people that we worked with were very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a few minor issues to deal with, but nothing significant, and in each case everyone was very responsive, and went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied. For sure would recommend Lennar to others!!
