The actual building team (overseeing manager, contractors, subcontractors) is where my biggest issue is. When we arrived on the final walkthrough there was quite a bit not done, the house was far from clean, and the yard looked terrible. Keep in mind this is after we did the initial walkthrough and put things on our list to be repaired and/or cleaned. Paint was sloppy, we still don't have all the caulking done on the exterior, and the railings aren't level to just mention a few things. Our Customer Service Rep has been fantastic at helping schedule contractors and what not but those contractors have been unreliable at best. We are now 4 months in our home and there are still things that haven't been done. Our Sales Rep, though, has gone above and beyond to try and compensate the best she can so this truly seems to be more of a contractor issue than a Lennar as a company issue. ... More

I like the location and the design of the house. I do think for the price they could have put in better appliances or given me, the home buyer, a chance to upgrade. The young lady who sold the house to us has been very easy to work with and offered other information to make our move easier.

Annoyed there was no variety in choosing fixtures. Low end appliances. All these houses are going to bring overcrowding and traffic the area. House is okay. Maybe 3 years out of me here.

The quality of these homes are pretty good. The experience with Lennar Mortgage was a bit difficult, as well as having issues addressed during the building process. There were issues of not getting all of the Everything Included items that were promised by the Sales Office.

We overall were satisfied with the process.

The Vista Wild Blue community is fantastic. The home structures are very well built. The shortfall is with the "Everything Is Included" promotion--another way to say that is "you have no choices." The appliances and fixtures were functional but cheap and low grade. We have been here four months and already have replaced the washer/dryer, garbage disposal, all light fixtures, most cabinet hardware and all of the window shades that came with the house. We would have upgraded if we could have but no options were offered.

The quality of fittings and appliances could be much better. Master shower has a design defect that should have been caught.

Leak in basement in August 2021. Hope to get it fixed by 2022. Also the vent makes a clanking noise. Dishwasher very loud when running. Positive note the salesperson was great and is still very helpful.

Most people we dealt with were easy to talk to, but that’s what they are supposed to be doing. When it came to a yard issue or something inside our home that’s where we had a few issues. I have 3 stars because when it comes to correcting an issue in a person’s new house you have to be patient no MATTER HOW MANY CUSTOMERS you have! That did not occur on a few occasions

The quality of workmanship by the subcontractors is subpar.

Appliances and plumbing fixtures are low quality for price of home, otherwise quality is good.

I was impressed with all of the homes I saw. The staging of the homes made you interested in purchasing. I am happy that the builder included all of the appliances in the purchase of the home. I pretty much got everything that I wanted.

After moving in customer suppory and service by the Lennar team was very good.

I love my home! My husband and I love the layout and enjoy the modern features. The 'everything included' offering is a definite game-changer. I have beautiful kitchen appliances that Lennar included with the home. Lennar, however, misses it in the area of communication and responsiveness. The tile work in our home needed to be sealed. Hubby and I didn't find this out until the final walk-through at closing. At that point we would have to wait weeks before the seal job could be done. Needless to stay, the seal job was an added expense we hadn't considered. The home was supposed to include a wi-fi booster and screen for our patio door. Lennar stated these items were on back order due to supply issues. We closed on our home in August 2021. It's now late December 2021 and we haven't heard a word about the booster or screen door. My husband and I decided to finance with Lennar's in-house mortgage company. The process was honestly stress-free! I still can't believe how easy it was to finance this house. We like the house models in Lennar and they use to response very quickly. We are enjoying the new home , please provide better quality

Our house is nice. It is what we previewed and we’re learning to adapt to the little to no insulation on the interior walls. We are used to more acoustic isolation between rooms. Overall we enjoy life at The Isles of West Port.

Good quality homes. Consultants were very friendly and promptly responded to issues. Loan process can be improved. Underwriters waited to 9th hour to request information that could be requested far in advance. Closing was delayed. Local Loan Manager, Keith worked diligently to get new closing date.

Overall, satisfied as can be with the new home. I feel we were fortunate as to only have one major issue. However, talking with neighbors, there were too many stories being shared about their problems with their new home.

Response time to requests for repair is unacceptably long

Great experience until closing, the people that deliver the house to me was terrible unwilling to help with the issues detected at closing

Overall, this is a good home buying experience
