While I like my home, there are several things that would make me not do it again. The inflexibility of when walk-throughs were scheduled was awful. No respect for the fact people work and are out of state. The house generally a nice house but the carpet used is cheap. I have terrible visible seems in every room. The bathroom vanity’s have no storage whatsoever. I would think with a house at this price point you it would be better, especially in the master. The area we have to get our mail is awful. Due to it being near so much construction, you can not go during the day or early evening. ...

I had to make multiple calls to get any information and it delayed my closing and I had to escalate to the manager. Also, the warranty team is very slot in response no due diligence.

Very disappointed in the quantity for the price. Cheap paint washes off interior walls with WATER! Nothing is level from walls to ceilings.

I felt there were a few shining stars in my experience, but there were communication issues with finance. There was poor craftsmanship on many issues. The repairs I requested on final inspection were not all completed, and when I tried to use my warranty to fix them, Lennar never contacted me to schedule repairs. I’m not sorry I bought the house, but I am sorry the company has such lack of integrity and pride in the job they do. When you make a promise to a customer, you should keep your word.

We love the home. There were a few things that you wouldn't expect in a new home, most were fixed quickly but if Lennar did a final quality check they would have been caught and our experience would have been better. We still have two issues which haven't been fixed after 8 weeks. They are not quick fixes but are material. So slightly disappointed.

Home bugging and lot selections were all quick and easy to understand. We received brief updates and pictures on a weekly basis. Constructing prices was quicker than usual. Closing was easy. For anyone choosing to build, Please inspect carefully. Materials may not be the best of quality nor sturdy.

Our warranty guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about or how to communicate with customers. I still have questions and concerns that we’re never answered by him and he’s blocked my number which is insane. I told him to have his office call but never got a call. He was extremely confrontational and talked to me and my wife like we weren’t worth his time. Extremely disappointed I had to deal with this individual and that our house still has issue that he never fixed even though he said it would be

I purchased a model home. I had a fast close (Lennar wanted closing on 8/31). When I moved in, I didn't have a driveway and my front landscape was a mess and unfinished. They needed to fix a drain on my curb which delayed the driveway to not be complete until the end of September and it is now the middle of October and I need sod in my front yard and finishing touches around the driveway. Bought new home. Overall happy with home, but things to be aware of. 1. AC system was undersized by 1 Ton. Took a month to get someone to acknowledge, believe and do something about. 2. Yard wasnt levled and prepared correctly. One whole back corner wasnt cut down and mowed until days before close. It is a sinkhole now, waiting for this to be fixed almost 2 months after close. 3. The quality of the home is very poor compared to my last home which was built by Richmond. There are cracks in the garage and basement. The appliance quality is not good. One of the windows in the closet is overlaid with drywall. I didn't even know that window existed. I would strongly suggest Lennar not make money off customers by making them pay/lease for the solar systems. I had a bigger solar system in my old home and I paid for half the price that Lennar/Sunnova is charging us. Please, please don't profit from us in the name of the environment. Make sure everything is in order and done before you move in. Pay attention during the walkthrough. Once you move in, it’s difficult to get them to come back to fix anything.

It was a fairly easy experience to buy a new home from Lennar. The whole process was great and very pleasant. After you buy they have not responded to issues, I had to resort to calling the installers to fix issues like flooding in the yard. In addition, I entered multiple service requests and have not received any communications from Lennar.

I honestly wish that I was giving a better review, but I haven’t had the most pleasant Closing on my home. The closing process went pretty smoothly but I’ve been running into issue after issue after moving into this house. It does on some things, and things were overlooked on inspection, which does not make me the most comfortable because it makes me question what else was overlooked or rushed. I’ll be honest and say that I’m not sure I would go with this builder again and I don’t know what things can be done to fix the continuous inconveniences I’ve had.

I wish the experience I started with at the model homes with Brandon lasted with the construction team. The buying experience was great, the construction team has a lot of work to do. When I moved in the house was so dirty, items were still not finished and 6 weeks later still not finished. Quality of carpet is so bad.....just leave it as wood and let the home owner install their own. The amount of settlement and the horrible condition of the cement work is a joke. Try to resolve issues with cut corners on maintenance. My sink faucet is leaking and water comes down in closet, and every time different people comes and explain that when you clean sink, water supposed not go behind faucet. So I have to keep towel all the times behind the faucet. I never heard like that. I was owning the home earlier and I used to clean bathrooms and I never seen water under the closet. The faucet gasket has to be sealed and leak free.

The experience up to the point of sale was good. Build quality was average at best and poor in several areas - electrical sockets were not flush to the wall with a visible gap, corners overlapped and no effort to fix, broken counter top slab was still used and too late to fix, AC filter was shoved incorrectly causing issues. Customer service post sale was poor to average - you can raise tickets but no way to follow up or even know what ticket was submitted(if you raised many), they ask to sign off with just a request number with no clue on what it refers too, no ETA on fixes, no way to ...

The first home we were purchasing there was a mistake on the paperwork and they wouldn’t do anything about it. So we lost the house and they were nice enough to transfer our money to the new home but they failed to tell us that the property was not level and only that it was a little larger and that they would not do anything about it. Then when we had the first walk through we told them about some items and they told us they would have them fixed by the time the final inspection was complete but they lied about it and told us they had them fixed and or replaced but they lied to us again. ...
