Lots of sloppy job done. finished product is not up to the standard. I had to hire handyman to finish touchups needed. The home is not built with love. lousy paint job, imperfections in drywall, baseboards are not aligned with the floor properly. etc.

The Mortgage and Loan Dept were amazing and an easy process, thank you for this. After purchasing the model though. Different story, we have had many issues in the home, no one responds because it is the Model, and you buy "as is". You reach out and no response. Windows are not opening properly, Curtain rods have fallen out of the wall and dinged up the walls where they were hung and fell into. Doors dont close properly. Had a lovely, attentive, and thorough homebuying experience with Hyatt and would highly recommend him. The only detail I’d call out is I didn’t learn about the required solar lease/purchase until I had already made a purchase decision. If you appreciate detail you may have a frustrating first few weeks (maybe months) trying to get issues fixed. Missing network outlet, subfloor squeaks, sheetrock mud embedded in carpet fibers, broken shower tile, uneven tile, broken recirc light and the list goes on. We had issue with the nails/staple sticking out and that was promptly fix. However, we reported the issue about the garage door paint which is not properly painted and also the host being outside the gate for the back yard. They’re still Otis taking and we’re almost here for 2 months

The reasons for low review score is as follows. I had to point out that my shutters were not put on. They tried to tell me that my house didn't come with them on that window. Fence work is not good at all, huge gaps under fence. Had to ask to have a 2x4 removed from roof then they didn't even clean up debris when removed. They tell me they are working on garage issue but nothing is ever done. I had to go to post office to get mail delivery issue fixed myself. I'm finding lumps under carpet where either it's a nail or floor was cleaned properly before installation. I do not see any oversight ...

Globs of cement all over garage floor. Globs o f cement between garage floor and beginning of driveway and a 2 inch height difference between garage floor and driveway leading to myself and guests tripping (very dangerous). Hardware missing on door lock to back porch. Masterbath shower drain corroded with tile red and white plaster :(totally unsightly). Cement splattered all over trim of outside garage door and all along front of garage where floor meets driveway, etc. One thumbs up nice quality kitchen appliances.

Construction began 9/9/21 moved into incomplete unfinished home 8/15/22 with assurances that quality control issues would be completed in a timely manner. Communication as to expectations has been none to weak today is 9/27/22 still have no bathroom mirrors or glass for an example. Stay calm be patient.

I had issue with my gutter directions. I complaints about the issue to lennar but they just manipulate my concern and instead of taking my request just said buy gutter extension but that is not a solution of my request i have paid about $500k for my home and there is big mess of mulch on my walk way to main entry after every rain . Resolution asked is to change the direction of gutters. As i dnt want to put extension because it doesn’t look nice and make my home mess.

Our journey with Lennar was a bitter sweet one. Our first visit to a Lennar office was met with a very rude and unprofessional agent who was very excited to sell to us and when he saw our DOB on our IDs quickly returned them and told us there was no home available and will be none anytime soon. We left and returned some other time with our agent to be greeted and welcome by an absolutely amazing Lennar agent, Ty. During the turning over or congratulations ceremony pay attention to small details about the house. As it will be very difficult to ask for service after. It took almost a month to have the garage door fixed bec the RC was not even programmed and when we tried it totally didn’t work that even the wall remote won’t work. If you are not a busy person you have all the time to do all but if you have work and a busy person and rely for service it will take u a while of waiting for the service to be done. Michael and Joe say they will fix a reported problem but never follow through. Upstairs floor boards are creaky and depressed feeling as though your going to follow through. When reporting problems pertaining to workmanship of home the buyer is told that it’s a cosmetic issue and that it’s not covered even though it’s the fault of the builders. When buying a new home you should feel good about it and not feel that there is a mountain of problems. Lennar construction have no craftsmanship.My entry door is manufactured defective waiting for replacement. Customer care team can’t do miracles until they get parts. Cunstruction supervisor is trying to finish and sell he doesn’t care about quality . I hope upper management team will do more better

We’ve only been here a short time but so far we like the experience. The best thing about the community are the neighbors. We all want to enjoy our time here and everyone is trying to make that happen. Not much is open yet, but the community garden has been a great experience. We’re looking forward to the clubhouse being completed and activities set up. We’ve had some issues with our house, such as cracked sidewalks, sloppy workmanship, and “smart” technology, but hopefully those things will be corrected. Communication with management is an issue as well.

This is the 3rd New home I’ve purchased in the past 20 years. As a Military Veteran this was by far the worst attention to detail home I have owned. Wall outlets not all equal, carpets were dirty and full of saw dust. Professional cleaning not done. Walls have curves, windows not equal widths, air vents not in an enclosed bathroom, no air vent at the top of stairs where there’s a window. Pretty much these construction managers are slapping these homes together and not ensuring every detail is correct. For a $500K home, I expected better. Definitely not my forever home. The buying experience was great but once we closed it was like they didn’t care anymore. The staff were super friendly and nice but issues identified prior to closing are still not fixed. The price paid does not come close to the quality you would expect. Walls are not straight, caulking is missing and not finished. Paint was messed up and told it would be fixed at the 30 day mark then was told they will only repaint at the 11 month mark. Best advice I can give is don’t close unless everything is completed because it won’t get done.
