Sloppy work during final walk through. Missed a lot that we flagged. Has taken 3 weeks and counting to fix issues reported to them.

Currently pre-construction items were not successfully updated and no one has gotten back to. Kitchen cabinet doors falling apart with only one month of use. Not happy with the amount of time they take in order to get back to you when issues are reported. On the other hand my sales person was amazing and always responsive. The mortgage and closing was a smooth transaction even when I had so many questions. They will always get back to me on a timely fashion even if it was after hours.

It’s a beautiful home…but builder’s attention to detail towards quality vs quantity, a lot to be said Missed a lot a details that stick out now…spend to much time trying to fix details afterwards…

Trim, paint and other final details of the “completed” home showed almost zero quality control. Oversprayed paint, poor paint coverage, dented, dinged and warped door jambs and trim.

Lennar offered great designs, indeed beautiful houses, but not really impressed with details. From cleanliness to items not ready @ delivery, to customer support, many items were left unplug, uninstalled, open access to controls, lack of explanation on upgrades, the list is long. In my experience, there was lack of communication, customers deserve RESPECT for our commitment to our biggest investments of our lives, please DO BETTER for future home owners. Despite all complaints, I still love Tavola and my home elevation.

I have a good experience with Lennar , they have a good customer service.my new house foundation is well done .the house is so energy efficient but so expensive on the current market

They did not meet move in dates. Walk thrus we’re a waste of time as nothing was completed. Now that we are here we sent in a list of repairs two weeks ago and have not heard from them. Not sure what the procedure is but two weeks and more is unacceptable. Joey in sales was very nice and did a great job. Waiting till all is done and we can start to enjoy our home.

My only concern is we are not receiving the garage door that we were promised when we sign the contract. The temporary door is unacceptable and not in good condition. They decided that we won’t be getting a new garage door- that will try to fix the existing dings and problem with the temporary door- this issue has made homeowners very unhappy including me. Hope they’ll revisit this problem and fix it so all the homeowners will have better respect for Lennar.

Homes are nicely designed, making good use of the little space. But home is not still complete with issues waiting to be fixed after 3 months.

Expect delays Expect problems found in walkthrough to be very slow in being responded to

My sales person is the best experience we had with lennar Yatsira but the rest of process and workmanship and material really disappointed concrete finishes are horrible trim and caulking and paint are really bad the contractor only care about getting the job done with no quality so sad for all that money we paid

Difficult getting a hold of anyone. Dealing with multiple people to get items fixed

First time buying a home, wish I knew what to look for before signing off, lesson learned.

Had a lot of issues from the morning we were closing until 3 months after we closed. The crew that did the grass left a bunch of wet concrete in the yard after rolling the sod down. They came and rolled after we closed. Now it’s either big chunks of concrete in our front and backyard or dig it up and have to fill with soil and new sod ourselves. Our breaker box in the garage was wired wrong and we couldn’t even use our dryer until an electrician finally made it out. The corners of drywall is already cracking. Door frames are coming undone. The floor molding is coming apart. Dealing with a lot of stuff that we shouldn’t have to deal with 3 months into a brand new home. ... More

Overall good buying experience for us.

Nice layout however finishes are low end and workmanship was marginal

I have been here for less than 4 months, having cracks in ceiling and trash being found under the sod, sprinkler system has had several issuses.

Happy to be in a new home..Quality could be better

The office people are all very pleasant, very helpful. The quality of work done on my house is poor. The sloppiness of the painters, lack of caulk, paint on the floor, chunks on the light switches, grit all over the tub, shower doesn't drain. My windows and walls and door frame is crooked. Some flooring has already been replaced as well. I've had issues with the water, electric and gas, just to name a few. I've had new homes built in the past, all I had were nail pops after a year....I've had all these issues within a months time. I'm working with a pleasant girl in the office, and she has been helping me make appointments and getting people out to repair the issues, which is frustrating. It took 5 people and 3 hours to flag the visual issues on my first walk through. I love the size and layout of my home, it's just sad that it's not a happy, joyful experience that I expected in moving into my new home. ... More

Lots of issues with drywall and paint.

Coming from Wisconsin the bathrooms are normally close enough that you don’t need to waste water by running in down the drain for 30 second to get hot water. Also the change of design of not having a land line option in the house is a bit disappointing as when the next emergency (earthquake or fire) in the area, we know cell phone will not work. I also don’t understand why we have no option for electric appliances when there are solar panels on the roof. These items make me question the architect that designed the buildings.

Very sad new homeowner. When I saw all the pictures of this property there was a tremendous amount of shrubs and trees blocking the property behind me and I was told it was a nice farm house, when I arrived at property after signing all paper work from out of state the house behind me has a gas station that is right in view of my house and a working business with large semi trucks? I pay $370 per month association? wow what a major disappointment and what about resale? I think I am not in a very good position. I feel like I was deceived by Lennar

Repairs need to be done

The customer service process and the orientation process is poor. I was not fully oriented to the property and a customer service rep was never identified until several weeks later. Also, Lennar is slow to fix basic issues when brought to their attention. I still have not received certain materials that I should have been given at the Orientation/Walk-through.

While I appreciate the efforts of the folks we've worked with directly, there is so little quality oversight. They are building these as quickly, and as cheaply, as possible. There is an apparent lack of quality in virtually every element of the construction. A month in and we have massive cracks in the drywall, drainage issues, paint issues, door issues, electrical issues, HVAC issues...
