Sales experience good. But Warranty issues not resolved and promises not kept.

Builders warranty sucks because basically there is no warranty on the sod they laid down I put in a work order and it took 2 1/2 months of me hounding my warranty guy and he even came out and looked and agreed with me that they screwed up but his boss was a jerk and won’t pay to have it fixed

Overall, the buying experience was not bad but quality of the materials for the amount we paid should be at a higher standard. And a better finishing. Thank you.

Overall, it's a smooth purchase process, with great online interface. However, the materials used and electrical appliances quality are horrible. Paint, fridge, water heater, AC heater, Wifi switch, all require repair No matching paint for fix up The fridge has damaged connector and wont dispense filter water The water heater switch was not connected The AC air heater has a loose cable and wasn't fixed for over 2 weeks. Not actively fixing the issue with Wifi switch.

The design of the home is great. Unfortunately the trade partners they select to build the house is poor. The subs slap things together and then leave it up to the finish crew to REALLY finish the house. To make matters worse, their finish crew is short- staffed and it takes FOREVER to get things complete.

Deb loved what she was doing and loved the Lennar brand.

Building a house consists of many jobs combination. When one job is complete, the other previous job is demolished or severely damaged. As the result: no supervision or any kind responsibilities from the workers and management. For instance: installing a very expensive quartz countertop with no supportive brackets underneath! They tossed the heavy stone countertop straight onto the wooden cabinet without 3 or 4 supportive brackets at all! While we mention that to their representative, he insisted that it should be like that!!!! People have orientation day to their brand new house with leaking water unknown source!!! Can you imagine your brand new house with the hole in the sealing with running water?! ... More

Other then the sales person I used who was terrific, other issues were very difficult to have addressed. Phone calls and emails to customer service go unreturned until you threaten to go to corporate. The house overall is very nice however there were several repairs that had to be made that were mostly cosmetic in nature. I would be hesitant to buy from this builder again. Sorry Lennar but you asked for it!

Wish they would have done more thorough quality check.

I applied and paid for the upgraded kitchen. This was supposed to come with Electrolux appliances but instead, I got Frigidaire appliances without consulting me first before making the switch. Already, the refrigerator isn't cooling just almost 4months of usage. The heating/cooling system is not functioning properly. In the summer, the cooling system was not cooling on the third floor. I called the HVAC company as was advised by the sales agent and an appointment was set up for 29th of October. The HVAC company neither showed up nor gave me a call as to why they couldn't make the appointment. Now, its getting cold and the heat is not coming on. ... More

Our walkway was left messy and I was told the developers supposed to fix it. I have sent several emails to get someone to fix our walkway, still no one is taking responsibility for it. A new community walkway shouldn’t be looking a mess.

Our project manager was great to work with and very helpful since we were moving in from out of state. The warranty team has been a challenge to work with. They are very dissmissive and will not answer your questions directly.

House is built cheap and nothing was fixed that we pointed out on the wall through before we moved in.

The sales process was good. The inspection, home preparedness, and construction issues, I would give an F.

Sales staff are awesome but horrible response from Lennar regarding issues after moving.

Builder in a hurry to get property closed but no rush to fix issues with home.

The buying process was good, but after the purchase we have some situations with the house, the dishwasher, the cabinets and some more, after 5 months nobody do anything.

The quality of materials for a home that I paid $800 a foot for was really really bad can you imagine putting linoleum flooring in the bathrooms!!!! That is the standard finish Hollow core doors Kitchen aid appliances Multiple warranty calls

We are happy in the new house with lot of open issues. It was promised the exception issues will be closed in a month while closing , and still most of them are still open. Not sure if this survey is just a drama or will be taken seriously.

In general I'm happy with the purchase of my home. It's a perfect size for a couple with no kids. Love the balcony and the fact that I can see the sunset all year around. The open plan kitchen-living area is another plus. There are some things that are not the best such us: - Master bedroom could've used an extra A/C duct. One is not enough and it could get uncomfortable at night time. The smaller bedroom has the same duct, but it is half the size of the master, and get really cool and nice. - Master walk-in closet is very small, so the second bedroom closet has to be used by my partner.

I have had a problem with the grading of my garage since I moved in 4 months ago. Now I’m just being ignored.

Overpriced. Cheap low grade items used in kitchen and bathrooms, bad design with no natural light in kitchen or front door hallway,
