We are happy in the new house with lot of open issues. It was promised the exception issues will be closed in a month while closing , and still most of them are still open. Not sure if this survey is just a drama or will be taken seriously.

In general I'm happy with the purchase of my home. It's a perfect size for a couple with no kids. Love the balcony and the fact that I can see the sunset all year around. The open plan kitchen-living area is another plus. There are some things that are not the best such us: - Master bedroom could've used an extra A/C duct. One is not enough and it could get uncomfortable at night time. The smaller bedroom has the same duct, but it is half the size of the master, and get really cool and nice. - Master walk-in closet is very small, so the second bedroom closet has to be used by my partner.

I have had a problem with the grading of my garage since I moved in 4 months ago. Now I’m just being ignored.

Overpriced. Cheap low grade items used in kitchen and bathrooms, bad design with no natural light in kitchen or front door hallway,

The workmanship-Mediocre, horrible interior paint job, lack of any attention to details regarding the finishes. No gutters at all. Materials-The cheapest of the cheapest that they could get ahold of. The cheap double sink is a nightmare to look at and to use. The paint goes away just by touching it, the bathrooms have a porcelain set that costs 8.99 but the worst one is the floor that chips just by looking at it. The Carpet is no exception to their cheap carnival of low-quality materials. A tiny loud food compactor and a loud and cheap dishwasher.

We’ve had a ton of issues since move in. Starting at the very day we moved in. We went and taped all the issues- then on move in the the issues weren’t fixed and the tape was still up. From there we’ve had issues with floors, doors, plants, paint, dishwasher cutout.. etc. Also the entire neighborhood looks terrible due to trash, overgrown grass and weeds, dead trees. Mounds of dirt etc. really wishing they would get our areas that are finished looking better. Also the contruction trucks fly through and we all have young children.

If my house wasn’t worth what it is I would probably be disappointed.

for the first-month fixing service, 85% good, a lot of places that need to fix and the worker figures them out on time, but the 15% Is disappointed since they didn't finish them all, I spend an hour to mark the area which they said will come at the other day but they never came back. Now I took all the tapes off, don't want to spend any time finding them again. for the other issue report experience, I feel this is unacceptable. 1.Didn't get 3rd floor AC controller after move-in. 2.after a few months get the controller by a nice guy at Lennar, but the AC still can't work and no one comeback to fix it. 3.we still report the issue on the website. But no one reply as soon as we just moved in, sometimes no reply. 4.we just got this house for 4 months, the dishwasher can't dry, the internet connection has issues. overall, their houses are nice houses, they are in good design, good layout, good space, the community has a lot of activities. still recommended if someone wants to find a place to live. Just wish this builder working on construction details and service since those two points bother me the most. ... More

The sales person was not clear to explain the features to new first time home buyers especially not clear on operable windows and non operated windows

We still have issues that have yet to be fixed since before we moved in. Getting ahold of anyone is impossible it’s like the got our money and we no longer matter

You have to double check to make sure issues are fixed properly to make sure things are working even thought they said everything is fixed…

The team was excellent selling the home. Being a track home builder, the materials quality was. 3/5. The price indicates that. Solving issues is a problem going thru them……there is a lot of deflecting involved so I tend to take care of things myself by spending more money. Great activities, clubhouse and social director planning events. There is ton to do if you want. I’m happy with the space layout inside my house but the workmanship is just ok…..I’m used to custom homes and this is my first track builder purchase.

Don't believe everything that is told to you when buying a house.

We moved into a Lennar home in March 2021. The house is nice and we love the layout. It has plenty of room for our kids and whatnot. However, since we moved in we have found all sort of issues. There was a cracked (missing 1/4 )electrical faceplate underneath the stovetop range, and there were trash from wires, saw dusk, gas line caps, etc. We had 7 windows screen that was missing tabs or ripped. One window was installed crooked, 6 windows are scratched. It took the contractor about two weeks to come out just to assess the windows. They haven't follow up, and no calls or anything for almost a month now. I don't why they even installed the screens if they were ripped or missing parts. We also have doors that are crooked and the contractor came out and took care all but one. He said nothing can be done unless they removed the framing, which is a big job. I'll just live with it. The master sink is crooked, broken/cracked support underneath the bathrooms cabinets. Master bad mirror had a defect, shower door had a big scratch, master closet light wasn't attached, and the hot/cold master sink pipes were switched. Before we event parked our cars in the garage, it looked like someone had work on their cars in it. We see oil stains everywhere, and a long cracked in the cement from the garage door to the back wall. They can't do anything unless the crack is 1/4 in size. By that time my warranty would have expired. Our dishwasher wasn't install correctly. The installer forgot to install the feet (the whole unit was just sitting on the floor), and the seals all around. We couldn't figure out why steams was come out like crazy. GE tech came out and installed it correctly the way is should have. He said DON'T USE THE STEAM FUNCTION if you don't want the steam to condensed and water droplets on your floor. What?! Why even have that function then? This isn't really a Lennar issue, but they did use GE so I'm guessing it reflects on them as well. The buying experience is goo, but not great. I don't know about other builders, Lennar's QA or lack thereof needs to be address, or hire new contractors. My advise to new home buyers, check everything before you move in to your new home. Check underneath the stove, cabinets, sinks, drawers, hot/cold fixtures, check your counter top and island for chips. Good luck to would be new home buyers. ... More

If you are buying a home from Lennar, just know that there might be better options and more expensive. I like the house, the only thing right now is that we’ve asked to come and repair a couple of issues and we haven’t gotten a response back… it’s been about two months since we put the request and nothing.

I have struggled to get the "Exceptions/Punch List" worked on after closing. It is push and nag but still nothing. I am working on escalating now to see if I can get anyone at Lennar to respond and get the list of things completed.

Make sure you get a great inspection and let them fix all the issues before closing

Good price. Good features. Good floor plans. Poor warranty service after move in. Still have a window that won’t lock after 4 months along with other issues. Poor workmanship.

Buying experience was good. Workmanship is poor. Still waiting for items to get fixed, some from the punch list before closing.

Lots of corners cut during the building process. The individuals that I’ve dealt with have been good just a craftsmanship wasn’t

The buying process was fantastic. Working with Lennar mortgage and salesperson was a great experience. However the process was rushed and the build reflects that. On the final walkthrough I did not see a completed house and had to go on faith the remaining items (gutters, weep holes, flooring) would all be addressed having to sign just a few hours later. It took 3 months to completely address the original exception list from the final walkthrough. Additional issues have come up with the response the house is “settling in” and we should wait the rest of the year before reporting. Being a late buyer into the community has left us feeling forgotten and undervalued as Lennar moves to their next development. I wish I could say my experience is unique however my neighbors express the same issues. The community and location is fantastic. The sales team and financial services were awesome. Builder grade: put in decent brushed nickel faucets, but the cheapest looking chrome towel bars you've ever seen. Builder grade: terrible quality carpet. Builder grade: worst white/gray/pink undertone paint on ceilings, walls, doors, and trim...looks like a concrete basement. There was a huge error in the living room ceiling that they didn't mention, but we noticed it. It took several tries to correct and fix the texture. The Electrolux appliances are subpar. Our Electrolux dishwasher had to be replaced once and the door replaced again, it was almost two months before we had a usable dishwasher. We're still trying to get help with our Ruckus Wireless Connection that is malfunctioning. We hate the tankless water heater; the water in the mater bedroom takes several minutes to heat up both in the shower and at the sink. So, basically, I'm always washing my hands in ice cold water. People are great and helpful but the time line they are given to build is causing a quantity over quality situation putting unnecessary pressure on the workers that are doing the work

we had some question for the contractor , emailed twice but no response.

Interested in selling but lennar buil quality is poor
