We moved from out of state and feel so lucky to have found Lennar. The process of buying from across the country was made easy and stress free with the virtual walk through and great communication that was fast and friendly. When we arrived at our new home in Lake Wales FL, it immediately felt like cozy and welcoming. Upon moving in and getting a chance to see it all up close, we are truly thankful and blessed to have such a quality built home. Solid and built to last through all that Florida can throw at it. We've watched the work crews during the day and I must say, these guys are hard workers! Not to mention very skilled! Overall was good experience - did have some issues with "extras" have had to have some things fixed. Carpet layers left bumps under carpet. Garage door had bent rollers. need to check check and check - eerything was taken care of in a timely fashion.

Home buying experience was nice and smooth.

Rachel was superb, she thoroughly explained all the features and benefits of the complete Arden experience. She introduced me to Sean and Jennifer who were both excellent in keeping me informed every step of the way and made what can be the wirst part of the process a breeze. I did my walk through with Jasmine and everything was explained and demonstrated first hand, she was great. The process of getting the gate passes could be easier for new residence but the guards were excellent and understanding. Process was smooth from start to finish. Closing team was phenomenal!!! Construction team was very responsive to my request. Julio (the project manager I believe) and his team including Sergio was extremeky engaged, professional and responsive to ALL my request. The master suite was big and spacious but the other two rooms were smaller than I would have liked especially for the cost I paid for the townhome. I would have liked to have had options to select my flooring and bathroom tiles but there were no options/choices provided to buyers. These are by no means negatives but instead my preferences because the materials and finishes they used was great and esthetically pleasing. Overall my experience was exceptional! ... More

The title company was not very organized The warranty department is extremely slow in responding to issues with our home I’ve been waiting over three weeks for them to get back to me with a date that they will be here to fix my issue Our sales person was nice It’s been very disappointing

Buying a Lennar home was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Closing was delayed, and the house wasn’t ready for inspection — the HVAC wasn’t installed, and the gas wasn’t on. Basic features like light fixtures, cabinet pulls, and lawn irrigation weren’t included, which is disappointing for the price. The yard is thick clay with no topsoil, causing drainage issues and sod that struggles to take root. We also faced a significant problem that Lennar refused to address until the city got involved. In hindsight, I’d spend a bit more on a builder that stands behind their work.

One month into ownership and this couldnt be going worse. Every other day there is something new that is going wrong. The grading on the yard is absolutely horrible and everyone is pointing the finger at something else. This is AWFUL and I am beyond disgusted with the way Lennar is handling this. I have standing water in my yard constantly, it smells awful and I cannot mow my grass.

This is my first home Cindy and staff were absolutely amazing any questions I had they answered all of my questions, everything was explained in detail. They made the homebuying process painless. My house is beautiful. Kudos to everyone.

Had a great experience. I have to say my sale person LISSETTE make the experience great she was so kind hard-working. She was there for me 110%. I didn’t felt push. I felt that she was there for me. I will recommend LISSETTE to anyone when I felt like I wanted to give up and felt like I’m not going to get this house she pushed me. She encouraged me. She was there for me. I felt like she was my friend. I felt like I am here for you to help you to this experience. The overall moving experience was great. However, I find that the workmanship is less than subpar. Maybe it’s just me, but I’m into the details. Some of the doors are rough on the bottom. There are spots on the doors where paint is missing. The kitchen cabinet doors should have stoppers on them so that when you open them, they don’t bang against the wall.

Quality is pretty poor and we were lied to about a lot of pricing

It was a great move from Chicago to Texas. Lennar made finding and purchasing my home seamless. From pre-qualification to selecting a community that fit my wants and within my budget. My sells consultant Brandi M. was amazing in this process by ensuring I understood the process! To post purchase support (Kyndel R.) to ensure I understand the warrantee and resolve any issues that arise or just answering questions. Lennar truly made my transition less stressful and fulfilling. I'm finally home!

Be sure to check all the boxes in order to make sure you have everything in order. They are very thorough

It was an amazing experience.

Once our home/care was turned over to Matt to help with any warranty issues, he was most attentive in getting the necessary people in to correct any issues we had. While I have to say, however, it should be more important that the subs Lennar uses could be more careful during the construction to avoid having any issues that need correcting to begin with. Is it perfect? No. But overall, we are quite happy. Overall construction seems decent. We’ve built 5 homes before so this new construction isn’t a first experience for us.

My experience from start to closing with Lennar Mortgage is excellent. Excellent craftsmanship is noticeable as soon as you enter the house.

Our home buying experience with Lennar was FLAWLESS!!!! From the moment we left Del Webb in disappointment, we decided to venture over to Lennar and see what you had available. We were greeted warmly by Jamie Masterheim who took the time to take us around by golf cart and answered all of our questions. After thirty years in commercial real estate, I have never encountered such a knowledgeable and well versed salesperson! We were cash buyers and Jamie took us through the entire process without a hiccup! Mitch at Lennar Title was also wonderful. He took care of us like he was working with a good friend. He was awesome! We heard of a new Lennar project in Tuxedo, NY (near our NY home) and we are considering investing since our experience here was so pleasant and easy!! ... More

I was very pleased with the overall experience working with Lennar. Providing necessary documents was fast and easy. Communication was consistent, with call-backs generally within same day. Having a full one-year warranty on the home allows piece of mind. Overall, it was a great experience working with Lennar!

I came in never expecting to buy a home.. I just thought being a single women with 1 income I could never afford it.. but I was wrong.. they gave me the tools to inform myself.. and made the home buying process easy.. and the payments very affordable., Thank you .. for making the home process easy and living my dream of owning my own home..

Throughout the buying experience , we had A lot of unnecessary paperwork work and emails; only to discover that some of those are to protect their own interests! Many cookie cutter materials and workmanship. Still haven’t fixed anything they promised to fix despite having barrage of tickets opened ! Very disappointing that even when we want to upgrade some of the appliances and materials , they will not allow anything and we now in the process of tearing down an entire bathroom because there is not a single thing there that is of good quality !!!! For example, the floor is creaking, faucets , mirrors, vanity, shower fixtures etc are very very very cheap ones ! They claim to have modern house but not true . They have new building but nothing modern about design , appliances and materials used ... More

We watched the house go up from start to finish with a great commicator Jeff and Jerry who kept us informed on what was happening so we could come by and take pictures as the house was built. We are so happy with the results and can’t thank them enough for everything .
