From start to finish, this was a seamless and quick process. I already had a real estate agent and lender, but if I had it to do over again, I would have done everything through Lennar. The communication was quick and supportive. Some agents were assigned to me but everyone at Lennar assisted when needed. I'm usually a skeptical, person but I am truly impressed with Lennar and the honesty, quality, and genuine desire to make customers happy. The house itself is spectacular with gorgeous details, especially in the kitchen. I love the layout, the loft, fireplace, HUGE pantry, laundry room closet, and unexpected mountain views. The only drawbacks: for such a spacious feeling house, the staircase and master bath are narrow and the flat paint is impossible to clean. My bath counters are also scratched from the build but not major. The warranty and repair team are outstanding and everything that needed repair was fixed properly and fast. This house was a gift to myself after years of saving and I feel completely at home! There is a sense of peace and calm. Purchase process with Lennar was a breeze. The team worked hard to find us a the right house, quickly process our loan, and complete the house to allow us close just three weeks after signing the contract.

I like the most is the place & price it’s fit to my budget

From the beginning everything has been great from Eric and Kimberly working as a sales and loan team, they made sure everything was in line and easy to navigate. The house itself was built well, there are still some creaking in the floors upstairs I need to submit a ticket on, there's been several little small things from trim around the kitchen island breaking loose which I just gorilla glued them back as it's just as easy for me to fix little things like that. There's a few spots in the walls we're screws are visible that weren't before, possibly from just living in the place because they were not there in the walk through, again ill submit a ticket on those as well or just let them be as it's hit or miss noticing them, it's shadows and lighting effects. My biggest complaint has been the yard and grass, the sod was laid with no water and died, the replacement sod was cheap and thin, it was rushed, the yard is undeveloped because of it and water puddles between homes and it's swampy after a rain. No rain and it drys out in a day or two. So it does drain just poorly. I've just been sowing grass seed myself trying to get a lawn started with the dead sod with thin centipede grass. It's green but thin, the neighbors around me have nice lush yards, but myself and the 2 neighbors beside me have dead spots and sod lines were our sod was done to quickly before there was water and replaced with cheap sod. Still Lennar built a sold home, it's just little things that come with being a home owner. If you expect perfection then you shouldn't be buying a home because even the Rich Folk have a Maintenance Team when they buy a New Home. As I said, besides the little things that are bothersome but not hindering, we love the home and the community, Our neighbors are kind and friendly, People in the Neighborhood are always walking and waving, saying Hello as they pass. We are still in a construction area but it doesn't affect the life of the Community as People are active in the community, you see cookouts, exercising, food trucks pkus the pool and playground are busy with fun and laughter. Jeniffer in our office was excellent. Peter in mortgage was fabulous. Jonathan in construction was informative.

Osborne Trails is a community for 55 and older people, which is what we were looking for in a summer home. Lots of activities and nice facilities. My Lennar sales associate, RyanP was terrific. Very knowledgeable and responsive. Even on his days off.

Overall, service was great. The lender, salesman, and superintendent was very responsive. We did have issues getting keys. I also wish Lennar would install some basics into the house, even if I had to pay for it a bit more. For example a garage door opener or shower doors. The workmanship was not great, but was fixed for closing and I didn’t like the video walks.

It was a smooth process

Everything went well from start to finish, and everyone who helped me out along the way was great. Roy helped us find the perfect house, and Chris did great for all the rest.

We moved within our community from another builder to Lennar. We were interested in moving from a basement to a slab home. Your Dover model fit our family's needs much better. Our salesperson, Ashley, was super. Professional, friendly, always patient and willing to answer any and all questions. We are still settling into our new home but so far everything is wonderful.

Relatively easy process to purchase townhome. Nice layout and floor plan.

Couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. Lennar was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. The loan processors were so patient and answered all of my questions every step of the way. Any issues that we have had Lennar has responded to right away! Thank you Lennar and crew!!!!

Lennar is a great builder and they take their time to walk through the builder process with their customers.

Overall comment is more than satisfactory dealing with the entire staff from the sales person to the financial process.

Overall great experience. I wish Lennar did price match/price adjustments lol. The home I purchased codt more than the actual homes that’s selling now. I understand it though. It’s business.
