Excellent team support from introduction, on boarding all the way to closing. The Lennar team ensured the experience was top notch! They were very responsive to questions in a timely fashion. The house is beautiful with few cosmetic issues, which were addressed immediately.

Very good experience in purchasing the new home.

This was an extremely easy experience. The house was pre-planned and more than 50% complete so involvement was little to none...we just watched it get completed. Walk throughs were simplistic and was accomplished with minimal effort. Overall, great experience.

Great experience and very helpful and thoughtful

The things I don't like about this home are minor or things other people like. I HATE the master bath toilet in a closet. The second toilet is positioned next to the counter so you are pressed against the roll of paper. I also don't like single bowl sinks. Throughout the house there are wall outlets everywhere, great. And only two in the three car garage. Did Lennar run out of outlets?

we have had multiple issues with our home, all of them have been addressed by Lennar. Some of the pain points were extremely shoddy work behind the sink in the powder room, the ring bell not being wired at all, missing light covers in the living room. The attention to detail is why a house is a luxury home. The worst part of this - in one and a half month - having to see a pile of garbage and dirt out of our window right on the main entrance to the homes. If you plan to call something luxury set the premise from the get go - the landscape should go in before the sale and it should be pristine. There is no reason for anyone to look at construction debris from our window and from the road. I have had conversations with people visiting and the state of the roads, landscape and the little details that make a house a luxury home are all we spoke about. The other issue is with the HoA - we paid for the amenities and had to wait for a month and half to even get fobs to the gym. Also there needs to be another one. Can’t have 750 homes and only one gym. It isn’t big enough to accommodate even half the families and it’s a townhouse community. Lastly the USPS - how and why in Gods name would you have a home with no address. This all should be sorted out pre construction - I can’t switch any of my addresses since USPS doesn’t recognize the address even on their own website. The people who work at Lennar are wonderful - shout out to Joanna, David and Peggy and to the people who are in service - Rick was awesome. Excellent customer care and follow up with correcting issues

We are more than happy with our new home. The entire community has so many amenities. Webb Reserve is the Perfect place to live. Thank you Lennar.

This home is built very well, spacious, no closed in feeling. From sales to finance, things went very well. I like the floor plan I chose; with a blowup bed, I can sleep in every bedroom, and not be disturbed. The garage is oversized, more then enough room to park a Lincoln, and Chrysler (both from the 60's).

From down payment to closing everyone at Lennar were professional, helpful and courteous in a quick and easy process.

A little bit confusing with the multiple finance people that seemed to be involved but everyone along the way was very helpful and communicative and directed us accordingly. Special shout out to Kristen, Clint and Sarah who were super helpful and often went above and beyond to help answer questions and direct me even after the sale. They were the best!!

The moving boxes are being unpacked, and the house is starting to feel like home. Every day brings a new discovery, and we couldn't be happier.

I was quite happy with Lennar from beginning. There was one hiccup but warranty co stepped in repaired defect immediately.

We absolutely love our new home. Lennar reps and mortgage team were A+ the whole time. We had a few big issues with rooms not being insulated, but the maintenance team was so helpful and quick to fix it.

They made the experience easy. Mortgage folks were great too

Overall, we have had a great home buying experience with Lennar. At inspection, they responded to all of our questions and addressed our concerns immediately. We would recommend Lennar as a good builder to our friends and family.

The home buying process was easy and Lennar has been prompt about resolving any of the usual problems that go with buying a new build.

I wanted to know the interior color of the paint and how to get touch up for nicks and scrapes. The Lennar rep was quick to respond giving me the resolution that I needed.

People that we have worked with from beginning to the move in have been most helpful. Denise, Chad, and Sam are personable and responsive to our questions and concerns.

You don’t need a realtor! Everything can be done online and with the sales office. My whole process was two weeks and that was my choice.
