Eugene was an incredible sales person who listened to our situation and guided us to a solution that enabled to buy our amazing new home. The entire sales experience was one of open collaboration on trust with a shared goal of getting us settled into the home. Out of 5 stars, I rate Eugene and the folks that assisted (particularly Christopher on the mortgage front) as 10 stars. Hard to say enough kind and truthful things about the relationships built in our purchase.

Lennar's Mortgage Officer (Leigh M.) and New Home Consutant (Anaie) were outstanding in guiding me through the home purchasing process.

Lennar did a good job and the various staff coordinated well with the buyer.

We have purchased many brand new built homes. We found very little pride in the workmanship of this house. Cheap fixtures, what little there were. My last home was half the cost of this one and had much better workmanship and quality of product. It was worse than pulling teeth getting our punch list resolved. The construction manager and supervisor did their very best to get issues resolved. They bent over backwards. to make sure we were satisfied. The problem had to be above their pay grade. We have had to spend a lot of money to replace, repair or obtain items to make this property the way it should have been handed over to us at closing. Hell, the developer couldn't even make the effort to even mow the lawn or clear away the bugs and spider webs around the entry way or the back patio. Not the way I would do business. ... More

Lennar treated us so well during the process of our home purchase. I genuinely was impressed and I come from a Real Estate Development background. Their project managers are top tier. The quality of materials used was high quality and I’ve gotta say I’d recommend them to anyone. Veteran- purchase

Compare to other Lennar home, Heritage has the best looking homes. 55+ community is excellent. The buying process was a bit shaky… we had 6 different people involved and had very idea who they were. We were sent a bunch of docusigns from people I never heard of. Lennar was price and discounts was great.

Home buying with lennar was amazing...me and my husband would highly recommend this company...the value of the house is pretty reasonable especially for people that just first time buying their home...two thumbs up with this company...

I had high hopes when purchasing my home through Lennar, but unfortunately, my experience has been riddled with frustration and disappointment. Before closing, I hired a professional home inspector who uncovered a laundry list of issues—bad masonry work, sloppy and frankly comical electrical wiring, fencing that lacked proper nails and support, and concerning plumbing flaws, particularly with the water heater. Despite these problems, I was pressured to close on the home before the issues were properly addressed. While some of them were eventually fixed, the process was far from timely or reassuring. Since moving in, I’ve continued to uncover more problems: Poor concrete and driveway work More bad masonry Fence quality that is clearly subpar Scratched bathroom tiles that somehow passed inspection Sloppy indoor painting Missing roof flashing in at least one section Windows that were poorly installed, raising concerns about future insulation and efficiency issues with the double-pane glass These aren't just minor annoyances—they’re serious quality control problems that shouldn’t exist in a home costing several hundred thousand dollars. If I wanted to continue the list, I could, but these alone are enough to give any prospective buyer serious pause. Buying a home should be exciting. Be sure the models you go into are the same "generation" as you are buying.. Room sizes and fixtures may vary. Just be aware.

My homebuying process was seamless from start to finish. All the staff involved in this process were knowledgeable, resourceful, and reassured me the entire time that things were on the right track.

The model being used was the same floorplan, but 180 square feet larger, so visually misleading. Changes were made to the floorplan on the website without notifying buyers. Lennar decided on a massive price reduction several months after we signed the purchase contract, so most neighbors paid substantially less than we did. We were unaware of the price reduction prior to closing in February.

Almost all aspects of the Lennar experience have been great. The only exception was the closing service. SPN is nonresponse to phone calls. After placing 23 phone call to them at various times, we NEVER received a return call. Thank goodness for Bill Klotz and his excellent responses and service.

Buying and financing was great. We have numerous problems since moving in. The biggest issue i have is the QA inspections. It was obvious that we were lied to by chris. Our dryer could not have ever been checked, because it was not connected to the breaker box correctly. We were told it passed 2 inspections. HOW. All of our issues have been corrected to date. This was our first new home purchased. I guess our expectations were too high. Lennar boasts all inclusive, yes. But all appliances are low end.

House itself is great, but Lennar used it for equipment storage and as a some sort of break room for a few months, and now, after a close rushed by Lennar, all we hear is, “Do you have that in writing?” and, “Can’t do anything about it after the close.”

Everything is designed to be convenient and useful !!
