We have looked at Lennar for over 5 years, had a new home built by a competitor 3 years ago, when Lennar built in West View Crossings, that was our ideal location, bought the last home on the north side and we are loving our new home and finally did get our forever home from Lennar! Thank you Lennar!

We love our new home. We downsized and selected a convenient ranch home. My favorite features are the fireplace and the flex room. The flex room is now our library. Lennar helped make our purchase easy and flawless. We closed quickly and without incident. Wonderful people work for Lennar and really do care about their customers. 5 stars!

Our realtor were great, people are nice but all in all when we did our blue taping we were told that we will receive a small set up on the table for us for buying the home with Lennar and never did see that so guess that’s not true. They told us they will put out nobs on our cabinets and we have been here a month and still haven’t received our nobs. Our power box keeps tripping out when we start out microwave and our stove and for it to be a ready to move in home it shouldn’t be that way. The people at the pool area that deals with the HOA are really awesome folks. Kids do love the area.

I bought my beautiful townhouse more than a month ago. Lennar team were very helpful through the buying process. I sure had a lot of documents to sign but after only 3 weeks and 2 days, the townhouse was mine. By the 15 day check, I found some minor workmanship deficiencies. Lennar representative Dan came over to review and eventually set appointments to correct them. Most of everything is completed and I am finally able to complete settling in. I really appreciate the supportive process from Lennar and would recommend their homes to any new buyers! Thank you!

Got this home for my mom to retire in, great price built, sturdy hurricane resistant I have no complaints. Warranty team responds quickly. Communication with everyone was very efficient..

From Jonathan the Lennar agent, to the mortgage dept staff, the walkthroughs and sign off, and warranty - everyone was responsive, helpful and professional. We downsized slightly after 27 years in a house we bought new in Vegas. That transaction was nowhere near the quality and ease of purchasing our new Lennar townhouse. Keep up the good work!

We have had a great experience purchasing our home in Cleveland Meadows. Our home is in a great location, we appreciate the little extras that Lennar put into the home. The initial process they are very attentive and responsive which was very helpful and appreciated. I will say after the purchase there really isn’t any follow up or much response if you have questions which is a bit disappointing. They should have post purchase agents or something like that to make sure all is well and you can have a point person to go to for any questions etc. Otherwise we definitely recommend.

Im enjoying my new house

About 6 weeks after moving into our new home, we discovered one of our toilets was leaking, which caused some warping of the side of the vanity and wall trim. My husband put in a request for repair that evening and Chad responded early the next morning. He got a plumber to come out the following day and fixed it, Chad made sure to explain that he had to order a new skin for the vanity and that and the trim would be fixed as soon as the skin came in. Chad and the plumber were very kind and personable, We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a quicker response.

The buying process was extremely easy. I was fortunate to have my interest rate bought down and utilizing Lennar title and home owners insurance saved me even more. The house is beautiful. The layout is nice. I am upset that the builder is not picking up the packaging mess that gets blown all over our neighborhood. Paint quality is subpar, leaving paint drops on the floor and missing one of the only lines needed to cut on my tile grout. Speaking of tile, my tile in my bathroom is beautiful minus all of the chips that the contractor obviously knew was there. My carpet has hard lumps that might be garbage that was left under the floor or it could be nails coming up. My cabinets that intersect slam into each other. The garage is tiny, my truck doesn’t fit it in and I have the shortest bed they make. Other than that, everything is great. ... More

The customer service representative was the most helpful during our buying experience here in Queen Creek Maderia West community - Jacob. He went the extra mile to make the experience smooth and transparent.

The sales personnel were excellent, very professional but still polite and accommodating. Our construction manager was the same. From start to finish we were very impressed and satisfied.

Susan was extremely responsive throughout the purchase of my home. In fact, she has offered “as needed” support post purchase of my home. Her professionalism and expertise is commendable!

The sales staff at Lennar were really great and helpful. Heroes was very helpfula nd stepped into the void where the person assigned to help us to closing went missing,. Once the contract was signed we were assigned to Paula. who was not always responsive but most importantly when we were trying to arrange utilities and other things we needed right after closing. She failed to get back to us when we were trying to pick up the keys. Heros stepped in and got it done. Thank you to Heros for getting us over the finish line. We love our new home and the construction quality is great.

Beginning with the sales man I was put at ease with the process. Everything was straightforward no questions. The closing was wonderful. The construction manager Jim, was fantastic and still is. Dealing with the HOA has been very easy and always there for my questions.
