Would never buy a Lennar home again

Lennar Title was so bad and the experience with closing ruined the experience of home buying. It took 4 hours to close because they were so backed up. The woman was so rude and we did it from my car. The quality of appliances is so bad, they are pieces of crap and I wish I just got some cash instead. Still unresolved issues.

The LENNAR team we worked with throughout the home building process was first class! From the time we decided to purchase our home and even until now, weeks after we have settled in the team has been responsive and beyond helpful. We experienced building a home during unprecedented supply shortages and we were always kept up to date knowing timelines weren’t always set in stone due to the environment and not the builder. If there was item I would call out as subpar it is the paint or primer that is used to paint the interior of the home. We will definitely need to paint the entire inside ...

There isn’t want square edge or right angle in this entire house. Concrete is crooked.. patio, porch, driveway etc.

I would never refer a friend to Lennar...NEVER..or a realtor...the only good experience I had was the walkthrough with Octavio the warranty guy he was amazing and made me feel so much better

Worst home buying experience

Do not go with Lennar, if possible; that includes the Mortgage and builder. This was the worst home buying experience I could imagine. If you do, please have your own THOROUGH inspection for the home BEFORE you approach closing. We've been in our home for 4 months and have had repairs running for 2.5 of those months. We just discovered a leak from the outside water bib that has our bedroom carpet and outside bricks wet. Also, we received a call at 6:30PM the day before we closed that our closing cost was increasing, after the banks were closed. Our closing time was in the morning BEFORE banks ...

The process was smooth but after living here for a few month now.The workmanship and quality of materials and appliances are so poor.I have had several issues since moving in.My latest issue was leaking beneath my kitchen sink which damaged the flooring.

For the most part good. However, the floor has some anomalies. Not even in all locations and caulking in bathroom is cracking. Finally, no instructions on operation of dishwasher. The dishwasher had no warranty information and appears to have been installed incorrectly. When dishwasher door is closed it is not straight. The whole thing with the dishwasher seems to be a lack of detail.

Worst experience, lennar only cares about the sell not the customer. Homes being pushed out in 5-6 months with nothing but issues, hence why they offer such appealing warranties to lure the customers in. I had foundation issues as soon as I closed on the house and I came out of pocket for it and still haven’t gotten reimbursed back for it. Submitting legitimate work orders to get the house fixed and the construction mangers will argue with you instead of fixing the actual issue just so there numbers look good. I would not recommend a lennar home. Look else where plenty of good builders out ...

We did not get the materials and workmanship promised when we purchased the home.

Monitor every detail. We have crooked walls, cracked trim, cabinet doors all needed replacement including at least ten doors. Lennar definitely cut corners to get this house done asap. Instead of getting a new house, we now have a house that has had a lot of work redone and looks patchy. Floor boards were cracked and scratched during install. Found plastic in our furnace. Window and plumbing issues. Basically every trade has had to return to our home to fix something.

Do not purchase a home in Babcock National due to the poor quality of materials and workmanship. Warranty work is very hard to get done once you have closed

Contractors are terrible. House was a complete disaster zone during building with no help from construction manager. I spent 2 hours every weekend for 3 months cleaning the inside from the workers. My back yard looks like crap and I been in the house 4
