My concern has been the outside paint on the house seems to be coming off, with the ongoing construction we often sweep or wash with the water house and the paint comes off.

My salesperson Carson was above and beyond helpful and patient. He made me feel as if he truly cared and did everything he could to keep me informed and guided me wisely. My loan officer Justin was exceptional as well.

At closing make sure you look at ever detail when doing walk through. Test everything to make sure its working.

Lack of quality. Townhouse was not ready for homeowner inspection. Blue tape walk through was rough as there were tons of cosmetic issues and rep was stingy with the blue tape. Zero flexibility to add anything. Too worried about the bottom line to even put in pendent lights over the island.

Builders warranty sucks because basically there is no warranty on the sod they laid down I put in a work order and it took 2 1/2 months of me hounding my warranty guy and he even came out and looked and agreed with me that they screwed up but his boss was a jerk and won’t pay to have it fixed

The overall experience was good. The main main structure and overall detail of the townhouse is great. However the finishing touches extremely sloppy. We felt very rushed to close and it was obvious the workers were rushed as well. The first day of our walk thru was a disaster. It wasn’t even close to being completely and we were supposed to have a walk thru?? Townhome was never thoroughly cleaned liked it should’ve been. One window sill was cut way too short so instead of cutting a new piece they installed it and put a bunch of caulk at each end. The hole for the medicine cabinet for the ...

You will need lots of patience. They eventually to address the needs but not everything will be complete on closing and if you don't close when they set the date, you will be charged $300 fee for everyday not closing. You have to stay on top of all issues with them, however the staff is very nice and due to the supply issues in this economy it can be a nightmare.

The entire build process was a mess because the communication between the sales member and he construction manager was awful. The sales member had no interest in assisting us through out the process once we signed the contract. We are still finding several construction issues and fear there could be some major problems we are unaware of. Do not recommend Lennar to anyone.

Sales and finance team, Great job. The construction team/process is not so great - be aware: 1 - When performing the final walkthrough, many items (paint, drywall, windows, appliances, cabinets, etc...) were incomplete or damaged. Most of the things were addressed before and after closing, but some were not; we reached out to Lennar multiple times, and we have not heard from them.
