Good buying experience for me

It's a crazy time in real estate but Lennar has made the best of it. Our home was on-time, done with quality workmanship and Lennar has continued to be responsive to our requests.

We are happy to be in the home. However, we feel that a lot of corners were cut and we are very disappointed. There are stains on my rugs, lots of imperfections, our railing on our staircase is dangerously sharp, and more. Worst is the lack of response to requests to get things taken care of. Would like to have things rectified prior to our one year mark!

We are pleased with our new home! Any minor issues we have had have been quickly addressed and corrected!

Overall, the buying experience was not bad but quality of the materials for the amount we paid should be at a higher standard. And a better finishing. Thank you.

Great to work with, only bad part was not being able to walk through the home during the building process which we've done in past builds. The pictures sent were very minimal and not as much of the house being built was given in pictures. We wanted more pictures each time but were only given 4 at a time. Still overall the experience was easy, fun and we were well informed during the entire process

Even with the material and labor shortages faced throughout the country, our home was finished only 5 days after the original projected date.

Lennar is a great company to work with during the building process, however, after closing, it's difficult to get ahold of anyone in Lennar to resolve issues in the house. The tech support department Lennar contracts with (Lumiere) is phenomenal. However, we had some issues with the home (still unresolved) and our concern keeps getting passed around. There's too many people working for Lennar with no clear contact or who to direct issues to. No resolution yet at the time of this review.

Lennar did not use the quality material and did not install enough studs to support the weight of the house. My kitchen area feels so shaky that I fear it might break some day - specially around the kitchen island area. I reached out to Lennar reps with the problem but all they offered is lip service. Not happy with the experience...

Lennar did respond to our issues systematically. Sometimes it was slow but it's good in general.

It's a shame that Lennar doesn't care about getting the home buyer a quality finished product. They used decent enough materials. We like the home designs and there are many thoughtful details put into the design and layout of the home. But due to poor construction management and workmanship on the finishing aspects, they've cost us as the home buyer, time, money, inconvenience, and frustration after the move in. Then they lie about fixing issues. Or send out an unqualified worker that does a crap repair. Or they send someone out that never takes any action. At that point you may as well get the issues resolved yourself without Lennar. They essentially blow you off till you get tired of trying to get them to do it right. It seems they are willing to trade good reputation for saving a few bucks doing a job correctly. So far I've not met anyone in the sub that doesn't have significant issues. ... More

Though we love our home, the warranty issues are not timely addressed. We have a builder hold up for our fence that we have been actively seeking a resolution to after 4 months. Would not recommend!

The folks from Lennar were super helpful throughout the buying experience, from answering all of our questions, to the walk through, to fixing some odds and ends around the place, even after we moved in. Thanks All. Much appreciated!

The choice of material and poor craftsmanship for the amount of money paid is poor. Everyday we find more and more issues with our home. It takes very long to get responses.

Customer service and completion on estimated time date given to me

We had a great experience from start to finish and are thoroughly enjoying our new home. I highly recommend Lennar Homes.

It was hard to reach people and questions were left unanswered. Voicemail was full and responses to email slow. When I did find someone to speak with they always tried to be helpful.

Lennar builders are the best… We love our new home!

Please ensure that Lenore stands by the date that they give you for closing because when they change the date it totally disrupts your life and then you have to spend additional monies that were not initially budgeted for

Everyone at Lennar was very quick to respond to any of my questions via phone, email or text message. It was also very easy to upload documents for all the information they were requesting.

Easy and great experience with new home

Don't buy a Lennar home. I have built or owned 4 different brand new houses. This experience has been the absolute worst. If I could do it all over I would not have bought Lennar.

I never had any concerns because the staff always brought things up that I may have been thinking about and eased my mind the whole process.
