The worst materials used, drywall and flooring…clearly emphasized on plug n play model for profit. Flooring has no proper insulation…4 months in and still waiting for repair to damages. LENNAR is terrible. I am looking forward to selling as home appreciate. I will never ever go with Lennar again. Took 3 months to finally get garbage receptacles, however it’s been 5 weeks since trash pickup, I still haven’t gotten my trash picked up and have escalated. Better communication would go a long way in making satisfied customers. Our closing was delayed over 2 months with absolutely no communication from Lennar as to reason. House was still not ready / completed at walk through.

We've had many warranties since moving in and it seems that the home was rushed for moving date, which most areas marked weren't even done on moving day. Communication was never there since the beginning from start to finish. The obly good thing about the process was the guy who helped from Customer Care team.

Lennar’s home quality is amazing. This along with their great team working on clementine riverstone in Madera, CA is the reason we went with this builder over the 6 other ones we were looking at around the Fresno/Madera area. Their team Answered all the questions we had with a fast and extremely professional manner… and I had a lot of questions throughout the entire process!! I would definitely do it again with lennars riverstone clementine team.

It may be a common practice, but Lennar is among those builders who simply clear-cut every living thing wherever they build. The fact that they also use Bermuda grass means that for long periods of the year you will be living in an area completely devoid of anything green and living. Additionally, the home I bought was rife with issues including a severely uneven foundation in one room that still wasn't fixed by move-in even though it had been brought to the builder's attention many weeks earlier. For $400,000 you expect a certain quality in a home. This does not live up to the expectations. Very poor quality paint, sheet rock, tile work, workmanship and appliances. When we moved in the oven didn’t work, the dryer outlet didn’t work, the dishwasher leaves the dishes unclean and wet, paint feels like sandpaper, paint peels off the doors if you try to clean the glass or they get wet, crack in ceiling about 6 feet long in the kitchen. The Sheetrock is a very cheap quality and very thin. You have to be very careful when you try to mount towel bars or toilet paper holders. The grout is ...

had a hard time getting Justin to go back and replace cabinet door which all needed replacing. Once we closed that was the end of a personal relationship with the CM.

i'd like other home buyers to Lennar does not keep to their word. There is still no amenities and we have been told for almost a year they were about to start and now at the beginning of 2022, we still have no amenities.

The time line for construction was laid out after our purchase. Lennar completed our home in the time they said they would. Some minor issues arose after the purchase of our home, but Lennar responded immediately to our requests.

Make sure all issues are closed before closing. Expect to spend 10% (paint, kitchen pantry wire mesh, doors) more on fixing poor quality related work. Extremely pleased with the layout of the house including linen closet space. Excellent warranty service provided by Kelly, superfast and responsive.

For a new home and the lennar name the home should have been in better quality when we received it and the appliances are below par. Very noisy. Paint all over my upgraded flooring and even after someone came out to clean it a second time before we got the keys paint still on the floor
