Very good maintenance team to take care of any warranty issues. The whole Lennar team is very helpful.

We had a great experience with the purchase of our new home. Closing was made easy, especially with everything they covered, like closing costs, down payment, etc. Maintenance requests have a quick response time as well. Overall experience was manageable and professional.

The purchase was one of the best values on the market. The team was very helpful and Professional throughout the whole process.

I believe working with your sales person Kimberly was great as she was very helpful and understanding. I had a medical issue and your area concierge and title personnel were also very helpful and supportive. So the overall buying and closing process was great. My disappointment now is with the Lennar decision to use Fision and Hotwire which is overpriced for the service received and the stupid HOA billing process.

Great experience from start to finish

Lennar has been great to purchase our home with from the very beginning with Chris John who was absolutely the best in helping navigate the mortgage process and Josh Karcher who helped handle any small hiccups with surface related issues to everyone inbetween who expedited and responded internally Billy Degan Billy Cole and many others who were extremely supportive kind and responsive

Overall a good value. Not perfect, has flaws but builder has been responsive to item’s needing attention.

Overall, our home is wonderful. However, it has been difficult to get in contact with our liaison regarding issues. We have had minor issues with plumbing and A/C but have been able to apply them to our home warranty which was helpful.

My Realtor at Lennar Mr. Brandon Hopay was great. The Finance Team was great to work with and I closed early on the house (Super Effort). The Club House the Pool and Jacuzzi have been great along with my house. The Gentleman taking care of the poolside amenities, chairs, tables, umbrellas and cleaning everything he was amazing. He cleaned up like it was his own house very detailed and through. Thank you, that really it means a lot to me. My last house purchase was a Lennar house in Winchester, Ca.

Buying my first home was just a goal more like a dream a few months ago. When Suzzet called and told me that she had my new home I thought that was gonna be a protected move for the following year…The process to apply online was very easy and the fact that I was not treated like a buyer I was treated like family, made my experience so much easier. I consider my family and myself blessed to have gone through this seamless process and be sleeping in our forever home. Over all happy with my first new home!!

Lennar had a great team that helped us every step of the way. They were very responsive, even late at night and on the weekend. The home was built beautifully for 2025 new construction. We are so grateful for the Lennar team from the builders to the admin!

Lennar delivered our home as per date promised, was a simple buying experience, there were a few fixes that were required and through the Lennar maintenance app every thing was addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. Staff at the site were very helpful

From the date of my offer acceptance to the closing date the process was a breeze. All information was given for contacts for utility set up and HOA information . All walk through issues were addressed and fixed by settlement date.
