I was pleased with the professionalism of the salesman Jack and the help I got on setting up my sprinkler to save money on my water bill. The closing went as smooth as possible even though the wrong locks were on the door and I couldn’t get in. Thank God I didn’t have my movers with me at that time but Lennar eventually reimbursed me (2 months later) for the payment to the locksmith. Even though we’re still in the building phase, the neighborhood is quiet.

good builder but have a problem with their tile company. Lennar tiled my whole house minus the bedrooms and was promised that at least 2 full cases of tile in the dye lot would be left in house prior to closing. Owner of tile company. John Grimmer who i spoke to personally, said he bring the day after closing which never happened. I offer to buy additional cases at retail price to have more tile on hand in case of a sub surface crack or any damage after closing. I will never buy another lennar home and will make sure anyone I know or see looking into lennar hear how terrible this company is from the lies I’ve been told to how terrible the house was put together the builders drink on the job the loan officers don’t know what half of the stuff they send you is the person I did my final walk through with lied to me saying everything that needed repairing would be finished b4 I moved and wasn’t and he didn’t even submit requests for the repairs the home consultant I worked with was terrible didn’t give me any info at all and refused to submit a request ...

I bought a Pulte home last year, but it was too small and decided to go with Lennar on a bigger home. The overall workmanship was poor and the quality of materials for cabinets, paint, baseboards, size of patio only 6x4, irrigation missing spots and not covering evenly., handles on toilets breakdown after 4 months. I understand this is not a custom home, but even with higher building costs and labor I think a better product can be offered. Salesman told everyone the house was ready 2 months before it was even completed. Then at the end the put points on the loan that we’re not there originally and I was told just sign it. Overall worst home buying experience ever.

Wow what a great experience buying and living here! The most responsive and responsible group ever; Lori the sales agent and Scott the building supervisor are totally awesome. Very nice house equipped with the latest generation of gadgets. The plan is very livable and sensible. Love it so much will be buying at another Lennar community. Highly, highly recommended.

I like the location and the design of the house. I do think for the price they could have put in better appliances or given me, the home buyer, a chance to upgrade. The young lady who sold the house to us has been very easy to work with and offered other information to make our move easier.

For the price Lennar should paint the house inside with quality paint. We should not have to paint our entire house as soon as we move in. Also the lighting should be better. Only have canned lighting and have to replace lights. The tile is not sealed and you have to do that immediately when you move in.

I love the design of my unit very much. But all the materials are builders grade...very cheap, flimsy or functionally not optimal. It's a matter of time where everything will need to be replaced. Also I think it is criminal not to allow hardwood over carpet on the second floor. I cringe when I see many of the buyers rip out brand new carpet before moving in as I did myself. This type of waste and unsustainable practice is really unacceptable.

I was wary of buying a house in this market because of previous negative experiences with other builders. The Lennar team completely changed my attitude for the better. From the initial appointment, I was given all the information needed to make a conscious decision. They were able to help me find a home in my budget with nearly everything on my wishlist and in the perfect location. Once building began, the project manager stayed on top of everything and kept me abreast when covid delayed the process (mostly materials). We only missed the initial closing date by a few weeks. When spending as much as we spent there is a specific expectation when taking ownership. This home was not built with care. We are constantly finding issues that should have been found by the CM team. It is as if they are treating their home buyers as numbers. Hence, the demand is high so let’s pump homes out and if a homebuyer doesn’t like it and backs out, well we have a backlog of people that will. The only positive experience was Lennar mortgage with Felice. Other than that I would not recommend nor would I ever purchase a Lennar home again.

The Lennar purchasing experience is a never ending resubmitting of paperwork, seemed like on a daily basis. The interfacing with the utility providers appeared to have never happened. Delays on water/sewer, because the proper forms weren't filed, the CATV took a month to get installed. Electricity was the only one not causing a problem, because they already had it turned on. Even after the sale, they kept contacting us for forms they lost somehow. Professional is not in their vocabulary. The sod in the yard is the worst job I've ever seen.
