Nothing to comment about my home other than what I have rated above.

New Home buyer please do not do with Docu sign procedure, never get chance to review purchase documents. Sales person high light few things and get you to sign documents, once documents sign and if we question about things to be done in the house, we will get to hear that you sign documents!!!

Meh they are mediocre builders at best you can definitely tell where tasks have been rushed, also they will blatantly lie to your face than rather look up and get the correct information you seek, just to make a sale.

Overall OK but would like Landscaping option for back yard.

Wish Lennar build sturdy master bathroom, give little more room in Garage to keep few items, give kitchen exhaust fan & gutters. Could have offered at least as optional items. Other than these still Lennar is BEST in market with other competitors in this price range. Yes I would buy a home again and recommend to others.

Everything was good the only thing is that they put dried saw in my backyard and everyone else was nice and green

Time and trustworthy was exceptional

The worst builder I've ever heard of. They destroyed the curb leading into my driveway during pre-construction; then tried to hide/repair it. Epoxied over exposed rusting rebar. Left exposed rusting protruding rebar for publics benefit after waived inspection. Failed to properly bring up to code. Left exposed live wiring after waived final inspection. They try and hide their mistakes. Failed on multiple promises in their brochure: Only partial brushed nickel hardware on doors, only partial rounded corners, no radiant barrier roof decking! I question their energy star rating (might be on paper only)? I open work orders for required repairs and they close them without any viable reason and without ever talking to me about it. System wise procedure is very nice with lennar. For buyers, it's simple and smoothly. Further, after service center is quickly responding. It's excellent experience.

My experience was very good. The only disappointment was that I had no option to pick out even interior paint color, could.only choose what was already predetermined. And the interior paint is not the quality I am used to.

I just wish brick was used on the house.

Most people we dealt with were easy to talk to, but that’s what they are supposed to be doing. When it came to a yard issue or something inside our home that’s where we had a few issues. I have 3 stars because when it comes to correcting an issue in a person’s new house you have to be patient no MATTER HOW MANY CUSTOMERS you have! That did not occur on a few occasions

Overall a good experience. Subcontractor attention to detail could be improved.

The quality of workmanship by the subcontractors is subpar.

Make sure you get everything you were promised

Excellent experience but it will require you to stay on top of the building process to reduce errors.

We found Lennar to be "Top of the line" in home building and selling them.

The building staff will ask you to give a great review because their jobs are on the line. I felt sorry for them. Also, they sell your mortgage as soon as the ink dries on your contract. The new company hasn’t paid taxes or HOA fees. My advice: don’t do it

Lennar needs to follow up on punch list and do in a timely matter ,the house had a lots of unfinished touch ups .lennar needs to a better final walk thru before customer takes home.

Lennar is releasing same house for biding for multiple times but quality of house is pathetic
