Good - the home buying and mortgage experience was made easy by Susan & Laura. Bad - my home was delayed for 3 months which was extremely inconvenient. Ugly - throughout the development, electrical boxes are built in between homes. The largest electrical box in the development is right on my lawn. I have very little grass in front of my house due to this monstrosity. I would never have bought this house if we hadn’t already sold out and been living in rentals for 5 months. Lennar should never have built this house with this right smack in the middle of someone’s yard. Very disappointed.

Our salesperson was very prompt and helpful in answering questions and keeping us updated on the construction progress.

Daniel did an amazing job ensuring that everything was perfect in the house. The entire team helped us out so much during the purchasing process during COVID.

Appliances and plumbing fixtures are low quality for price of home, otherwise quality is good.

Living in house for 5 months things on punch list are not completed

Home was dirty on move-in day - countertops, flooring and carpets. No hot water for a week. Sliding glass door wouldn't stay locked. Garage floor had globs of mudding all over. No one to go over all the tech installed. Now there's mice. Called exterminator. Lennar customer care doesn't want to take any responsibility.

I was impressed with all of the homes I saw. The staging of the homes made you interested in purchasing. I am happy that the builder included all of the appliances in the purchase of the home. I pretty much got everything that I wanted.

Poor quality of the material

From the 1st step into the sales office through to receiving the keys to our new home, our experience with Lennar has been a very positive one. Our new home is well built and an exceptional value, with a responsive and respectful/respected support system in Lennar and their associates.

Overall I’m very satisfied with my home. Probably could have used a few more weeks to complete the home to better standards.

Rush everything, fix very little, Waiting 4months for issues to be fixed. Neighbors all having issues as well

The home buying experience was great for me. The builder and other folks were helpful. Only thing was that the elevation stones were not the color I was initially told.

House material are cheap. And there’s no good customer service.

The house was incomplete at the time of closing. A very long list of items to be fixed on closing day. It took weeks, if not months to get them all fixed. Lennar sales did not disclose all information about the home lot and Vista community information. A pedestrian Traffic sign was installed at the driveway entrance, Additionally, we have come to find out Vista Lake Owners residing in the Wild Blue community, will not be able to use Wild Blue entrances. This was a huge disappointment. The Community clubhouse was promised completion 6 months ago, now group d had not yet been broken and we are told another year. ... More

There were over 25 issues upon closing on the house in August. It has taken over 3 months to get these issues resolved. I don't believe the house was even inspected by the onsite Lennar team prior to the closing date. Horrible experience!

Everything works well except the faucets leak. The Careteam still working on them. It’s been three times and haven’t solved the problems.

We loved the home buying experience for our recent purchase of a Lennar home. Everyone was responsive and knowledgeable. We always feel that we are being listened to and understood. We highly recommend Lennar!

No one beats Lennar when it comes to customer service. I take this opportunity to thank Bobby for his prompt response to any issues or questions I have. He definitely makes my Lennar experience great.
