Eric my realtor was awesome and helpful, Nathan was awesome but has since left Nick has been helpful so far i did fill out a repair order but Lennar has asked for a virtual review and we are only there intermittently and couldnt set up a time so i will have to set up again but need Nick to come and meet my contact.

Overall a pretty good experience. The home price feels fair for todays market. I have spotted some minor construction issues, but they have always been quick on warranty repairs. Overall construction seems solid. The process of buying the home was easier than I expected from the stories I have always heard about buying a home.

Lennar is one of the worst companies I have even dealt with. There were and still are so many issues with our home and when a claim is submitted nothing happens. When we eventually get contacted for a claim we are told that it’s a cosmetic issue or it’ll be MONTHS before they can do anything. I go out of my way to tell my friends and family to think twice before buying with Lennar because they do not care about they customers. DO NOT BUY FROM LENNAR - unless you want to waste your money and time.

All Included Construction

Purchasing a Great Built home with minor issues that where handled right away and that is all inclusive of appliances and window coverings and being a smart home was a great buy. Also having a Freedom that comes with the in-law suite is great.

Only draw back was unable to make small modification during build that could have saved money having to do after home was completed. Running a 220 v line for an electric dryer before walls were closed up. Willing to pay for it but could not do it.

The fact that very few options are available for the purchaser throughout the home.

That they claim to not be a "custom builder" when they need excuses for construction miscues and for their lack of options. For the price of their home, it seems unreasonable to make those claims. Buyers must understand that changes internally will be on their own, while changes externally are virtually non-existent due to HOA regulations.

The quality is lacking and Phil the customer service rep is horrible it wasn’t until I got a hold of his boss that anything got done around my house. They slap the houses together and want to walk away as soon as you move in no follow up poor customer service

Customer service is horrible. You recieve the run around of promises to get things fix and end up with no response to multiple phone calls to resolve issues that Lennar omit to being at fault and need fixing on thier end. The cost and value of the home is the worth the price. No sound proofing material placed in between walls. This is third home so I know what a quality built home and professional customer should be in the home buying process. I will never purchase another Lennar Home.

This is our first home and we are very satisfied with the home buying process along with the quality of the home and all of the options included with "everything's included" package. There were a few minor warranty issues that Lennar took responsibility for and fixed in a timely manner. Our customer service rep was the best and made all the difference. I would highly recommend Lennar if you are looking to buy a new build.

Lennar sales and finance people were great to work with and buying a Lennar home was easy! Any time I have had an issue with my new house their warranty people have been kind and responsive. However, Lennar compromised on the quality of some of the materials. The quality of the interior paint is terrible! It picks up marks from simply touching it and cannot be cleaned without exposing the driwall. The carpet is also of very low quality picking up dirt and staining with normal use. We were happy to finally be in our home after the exhausting process. There were still issues that took some time to resolve. Lennar is a good company but some of the companies they have to use are sub par. The people who installed the washer and dryer were completely incompetent. Hooked us the waterlines backwards and failed to vent the dryer plus they banged up the wall bringing them in.

I love my home! My husband and I love the layout and enjoy the modern features. The 'everything included' offering is a definite game-changer. I have beautiful kitchen appliances that Lennar included with the home. Lennar, however, misses it in the area of communication and responsiveness. The tile work in our home needed to be sealed. Hubby and I didn't find this out until the final walk-through at closing. At that point we would have to wait weeks before the seal job could be done. Please DO NOT buy a Lennar home. They come with nothing but headaches and the customer service team acts like they are doing you a favor by fixing things under warranty that should not have been an issue within the first two months of ownership. ie plumbing failures, water leaks, water damage, flooring needing to be replaced, blocked conduit resulting in a delay of internet serviceability, heater not working, and landscaping irrigation problems to name a few. Lennar uses the cheapest contractors to build these homes as fast as they can and the quality really suffers because of that. I bought ...

It was one excuse after another as to why it was delayed three months. Every delay was blamed on covid, but it sat for over a month with nobody working on it.
