Not the lowest quality but not nearly the highest either. Too many sensible items missed. No lights on house numbers outside and all houses look the same. Hard to distinguish your home at night and even in the day. Many light switched in absolutely the wrong place. At closing, refrigerator was dead, needed to be replaced. Numerous cabinet doors needed adjustment or replacement. Shelves missing. Crack in Lanai. Carpet seam runs right through the middle of the bedroom. Two car garage will only fit two cars if they are both very small cars. My SUV barely fits. Hot water, or no hot water ...

It’s unfortunate I sold my home prior to closing with Lennar - otherwise I would have never bought and built with Lennar. If you’re interested in spending your money that follows absolutely none of their core values - be my guest. If your are interested in sub-par quality and a horrible customer service this is the builder for you.

Worst builder in America

The way they delivered my house is terrible they left the siding with nails popping out, the support in the attic is terrible if you walk on the wood support it acts like a spring, the restrooms had black permanent marker on the countertops, the kitchen countertop which is granite had stains from paint buckets that had corrosion, on the garage I have a gap on the left side support. They had damage in the driveway. Repairing this house, you would need a new siding with new wood support done correctly as for the warranty advisor she will always tell you it’s cosmetic and never fix the issues ...

We had a great home buying experience - everything went perfectly. The quality of the work is what is really upsetting to us. The trim work and paint are awful. They quality of the paint and the paint job is terrible. They do have someone coming to do “touch ups” but honestly they whole house needs to be redone.

Tracy was amazing helping us with questions. Everything else went smoothly. The only problem is that we are seeing problems now that had blue tape on them but were never fixed, like a hole in the garage door back and finishing and cabinets in master bath missing. Visible nails in baseboard in master toilet as well as drywall issues. Drywall issues in master bath along with missing grout in master shower. Not really sure who to tell about any of these issues. Also the ring system is ridiculously difficult to operate. We can figure out how to link anything. Including the garage door, ...

Responsive to warranty issues, however, not responsive to living conditions in the neighborhood. Previous construction manager John made sure issues in the neighborhood were addressed immediately. That is no longer the case since he left. Construction trash, early construction noise on the weekend by subcontractors ( before sunrise) is completely unacceptable and construction workers and subs race out the streets at a very high speed.

Love the company and home buying experience. We HATE the level lock. It doesn't connect with the rest of the smart home features on ring. Only works on blue tooth so we can't unlock it unless we are at home. It just sucks and we wish we had a key pad like our neighbors.

Good quality homes. Consultants were very friendly and promptly responded to issues. Loan process can be improved. Underwriters waited to 9th hour to request information that could be requested far in advance. Closing was delayed. Local Loan Manager, Keith worked diligently to get new closing date.

I have had a number of issues with extremely low response time. Anything from 6 weeks for garage remotes, missing support clips in the panty, paint touch up, ring and flo don't work, etc! The latest is the pump in the washer broke 10 days ago! The service person came yesterday and it needs to be ordered. Probably looking at another 2 weeks without a washer!

Home built during covid you can tell took a hit to the design of the homes. They were already cookie cutter homes years ago, now they are lacking in even more design and appeal but people are still buying them. Everything's at the most basic level as they are trying to meet their margins on top of low supply of houses. People are willing to buy at these prices because of the market but I don't believe you get the value of the price you paid at "lower priced" elevation designs. Every Lennar employee was excellent! Always available and very responsive. Couldn’t ask for better! However, the quality of products and workmanship created quite a few hardships for us. The new air conditioner had to be replaced before the third one worked. Also, the workers drilled into the pipes in the pantry which created sewer water, mildew and mold in our townhouse. This happened twice! The floor and wall had to torn out and repaired twice. All this since August. Lennar project managers/supervisors were excellent and responded quickly.

The Home is nice with nice appliances, and appears quality hvac and such. Poor finishing on drywall, painting and appears rushed. Lennar was pushing by trying to get me to use their financing and rushed my closing because I did not go with them. Aka rushed finishing. Cabinet doors fell off upon moving in. Garage door still squeaks, dishwasher wasn't installed correctly and plumber left caulk in the drain. Poor response on fixing issues. Have furnace had a loose hose and had to come fix. Sloppy work.

Do your research. I have been in my home for almost 4 months and still have things getting fixed. From a chunk missing from stairs to broken tile throughout the house. Poor workmanship seems to be a trademark of Lennar and the customer service is even worse.
