Regarding responsiveness to issues and concerns they were always prompt with satisfactory outcomes. Most of the issues were minor. The only major issue was they initially changed the closing date to a later one than originally promised. But my complaint resulted in an extra effort to complete construction and honor the original closing date for which we were very grateful.

The floor plan is what caught my attention. However, for the amount invested on this new beautiful home, I was a little disappointed that the house didn't and wasn't equipped with a door bell, a water spicket and lightning in the backyard.

We find all of the personnel to be straight forward and service oriented. COVID has made it hard to get "quality subs" many lack depth of experience to do their trade.

We really enjoyed working with Joe. He was the real face of Lennar for us. Always took the time to explain things and respond to calls and texts in a reasonable amount of time. I would work with Joe again and refer him to friends and family who are looking for a home!

The steps leading up to closing were great. The staff was engaged and responsive. Since closing, I have had several quality control issues with the home that have not been fixed despite being raised to Lennar for resolution. I think there is a clear gap in how they deliver continuous support after closing and it leaves a bad mark on the experience. The subcontractor interaction does not feel properly managed by lennar and becomes an almost home owner responsibility to manage the subcontractors. There has been high turnover in our after closing lennar support staff that may play a part but ...

Overall I was pleased with the process. A recommendation I would make is to have the final (warranty) walk through 3 days before closing so there is time to take care of any issues.

Low quality materials used and left the finishing work undone and promised to be taken care of at time of closing but later they don't care. Keep putting work orders and they ask for phone appointments and virtual appointments but work not done and they close the tickets without completing it. Even the area manager don't respond to email sent. Really disappointed.
