The house cost me nearly $1.1 million and has been nothing but problems. First, the closing was a nightmare due to multiple errors made by the builder whose closing department couldn't seem to find the correct corporate resolution showing that the subsidiary conveying title actually owned the property. Then about an hour or two after the closing ended and I had received the key, I received a phone call from the builder that said it can't confirm that it received the funds so I can't enter the house until after the weekend. Distance space between two houses is too narrow. Subdivision entrance sign is not big enough to show Lennar is a big builder/company. Subdivision backside should have built a wall besides front wall.

All the process with Lennar was very smooth and easy, and for me that I was a first homebuyer was such a relief. The thing that I appreciate most was that you can choose all the colors of your house and personalize as you want. All the staff is very pleasant and always ready for all the requests.

Poor Grading of Lot

I have been attempting to get resolution regarding grading issues with my lot. I have experienced standing water for greater than 24 hours after a normal rain within 10 feet of my home's foundation. This is an issue with the standard noted under the warranty. The warranty states the builder is responsible for at least one attempt to correct this issue. I have only been in my home since July 2021 and have attempted to communicate with customer care for the past 3 months. What you see (model home) is not what you get. Have a professional home inspector look into the quality of home before you sign closing docs and get issues resolved.

Great experience with Lennar and Roofstock. Entire transaction was performed virtually and was smooth. I had previously purchased a new home from another homebuilder 15 years ago who nickel and dimed everything. Lennar was a fantastic experience in comparison since everything I would have selected anyway was included.

We absolutely love our home and the process from choosing options all the way through to the construction meetings and home walk-throughs and closing. The process was pretty straightforward with regular check-ins and updates. Our biggest area of feedback is the warranty follow-up now that we are closed on the house. Understanding that trades and materials are delayed at this time, but need more communication and scheduling updates from the warranty team. Other than that, we love our house and the building process with Lennar.
