I am very happy with my new house and community. The construction manager and sales rep were helpful during the build and responded quickly to any question I had. I particularly like that I can put a work request in the computer and a representative gets back to me quickly and sets up a repair man in a timely manner.

Lennar doesn't seem to care after the purchase.

Very pleasant experience with builder, entire process was built on time and closing was effortless.

Expertise in timing was honored for my home, however, was not well informed when looking/buying~~all models were not shown to me in my price range when looking in Heritage Courtyards

A detail checklist with timeline would help a lot and reduce stress with less suspense requirements. We spent time and Money in a hotel waiting for closing on the house.

We felt fortunate to be drawn in the lottery. Many people were not. Build took two. Oaths longer than expected, but with Covid we were not surprised. Disappointed with the quality. On closing day they were still doing last minute items. A lot of items had to be put on a punch list! We were told at our one week prior to close that the house would be pristine. It wasn’t! Paint many spots on floor. Window blinds missing, paint touchups not done. Door trim missing in areas. Grout smears everywhere on bathroom kitchen tiles and bathroom tiles. It took about three months for most issues to be resolved. Again, understanding that most new home builders seem to be going through the same labor and material shortages that Lennar faced. ... More

We got what we expected and payed for.

I asked the Lennar construction manager if Lennar would put in frames/support for ceiling fans for the back deck. The response was " Normally we don't customize homes, but thats not a big deal. We can handle that. Three times during the construction, I reminded him. On the walkthrough I asked about the ceiling fan supports. His response was "Lennar doesn't do that. If he would have been honest. I could have had the supports put in myself while the soffit was still open.

No upgrades available. Pure track homes

It seemed like the finishing touches were rushed. But just minor details. The house and architectural detail are wonderful.

Beware, many homes in our development have had serious plumbing issues and we are hoping we wont have the same. They rush to finish these houses that are there are too many issue with craftsmanship. Customer service has been slow to react due to staffing issues.

The sales consultant was amazing and was very buyer centered. The home buying process was painless resulting in a beautiful product,

Since moving into my second Lennar home, I have lost all confidence in your workmanship and follow-up to building deficiencies. It took about six weeks to finally get a dishwasher that worked after being given a model that was no longer even sold by GE and they couldn’t find a replacement part; I’ve had multiple doors actually falling off because the screws used are too small (I’m afraid to let my 8 year old near them in fear of them falling on her head!) and these are still unrepaired (4 months and still waiting). The one bright light has been your head maintenance person, who has gone well beyond her responsibilities to correct the many defects. There are many more things I could report, but I have lost faith in your ability to follow-up on things. ... More

Wish they would have done more thorough quality check.

A trustworthy builder, providing the services as they promised!

Quality is bad and once you move in they won't fix any issue. My floor is literally wavy and they don't fix it.

I think it's a excellent home for the price

We are experienced home builders - house #5 I have never feeling so disconnected from the build - for first time home owners that f do not know better would be a good experience. Subcontractors cut corners example you touch the wall and paint is do thin it marks

Keep the right prices and use it a good material also let the customer shows the designer

The folks that are assigned to help you with issues are so over extended that not much gets resolved Promised deadlines have not been met The quality of the buildings. On some things Are substandard
