From the exterior concrete work-to the interior design well below the value paid. Little things like ; switch for garbage disposal under sink, bathroom vanity no drawers, refrigerator in suite under sized, ext. builder should be embarrassed

Lennar has put a great deal of thought into their floor plans and features. They were very easy to deal with from start to finish, including sales, design center, and construction management. Their “everything’s included” program simplifies the buying process and our home was move in ready, including all appliances, window blinds, bathroom hardware, etc. Love my new home!

Overall a good home buying experience!

Really happy with the fact that everything was included. Anthony from construction is response, friendly and true professional. Premium materials were not premium at all.

As it was with the first Lennar home, it was great working with our realtor Casey again. He was very tentative and always on top of the process. Truly a great person to do business with. Jeff, our project manager was great at what he did. Always made you feel like your home was the only home he was building. Anything you asked or any issues that arose, he was very quick to get them resolved.

Excellent, a quality builder of fine structures and very glad to own my second Lennar home with the exact results.

We have so far had a good experience with Lennar

Well designed floor plans. Keeps buyer well informed on progress. Initially very responsive to issues, but drifts to mediocre after six weeks. Work force appears to have incentives to build quickly, not well. Do-overs typically done by different entities so no one accountable. Cheapest grade HVAC, water heater, and appliances.

Purchasing my home the Lennar homes was positive especially in dealing with our sales and customer service support teams. My sales representative Susie and my customer care representative Mark are outstanding people to work with!

After five months in the home, we are still thrilled with our home and Lennar.

Let me start by saying from the time I've dealt with the sales team all the way through to the Customer Care Team was a horrific experience. I bought my home in July 2021 and we are now in November 2021 and the defects in my brand new home have still not been completed. my bathroom shower pan was defected and it took 4 weeksand attempts with Lennar and Stewart tiling to completed the reinstallation on my shower pan. the time were poorly affixed after installing a new shower pan. I know now I would never hire anyone from Stewart Tiling or purchase a new home from Lennar. I really have to say this but the Customer Care Team is by far worse to deal with. I would never consider Lennar when buying a new home. These home are built quickly so I suggest any new home buyer really pay attention at their walk thru. ... More

The sales and finance teams were great, however, the construction team was far from it. It appears that they were on a mission to build our home as quickly as possible without consideration to quality or the customer. We went into the house every week that it was under construction. When we saw things that weren’t right or could be better, we notified our sales rep. He passed our thoughts or concerns to the construction team. The answer always came back as “it’s built according to specifications”. They made no corrections. We did two walk-throughs; one about one week before the closing and the other on the day of closing. The preliminary was ok because we were pointing out issues that we could see. The final was a disaster. For example, when we turned on the faucets in each bathroom the water splashed onto the counter and floor. We told the construction manager that this was unacceptable. He replied, “It was built according to specifications. We would have to order all new bathroom countertops.” When we challenged the specifications, he replied, “We are not changing it. If you don’t want the house you will lose all of your deposits because it was built according to specifications.” About 90 minutes before our closing, he threatened us. This was not repaired; it’s still an issue. Additionally, the conversation went so long that we didn’t have enough time to do the full final walk-through. However, during what little bit that we could do, there found additional damage done prior to the final walk-through. They told us that the repairs weren’t their responsibility (they were only responsible for issues found in the preliminary walk-through) and that we would have to file warranty claims. We disputed that we had not closed and it wasn’t our house yet. They finally agreed to one of the repairs but it took about three months to get it done. There is so much more that we could write but we think you get the message. Overall, we believe this could have been a good building company at one time but they are so big now that they are fully focused on building as many houses as possible with complete disregard to the customer. We can say all of this with a clear conscience and without wondering “are we too picky” because all of our neighbors whose houses were built by Lennar had similar or worse experiences. ... More

The agent did a great job and show me all the new locations.

I love my home, the maintenance manager, Clyde is exceptional and quick to respond even after we moved in. The sales team, Marcus and Kara were very attentive and helpful. The mortgage process could have been a little smoother, but at the end of the day they are probably never easy. The customer care center is quick to respond. I would definitely buy another Lennar home. There are lots of add ins that are included in the home.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lennar! From beginning to end, the entire process was seamless. Every employee that I dealt with was professional, incredibly friendly and super helpful. This is by far, one of the best decisions I have ever made! I love my new home!
