We were passed from salesperson to salesperson, with pushy people and zero communication every step of the way, until there was money to be made. There are things that were never communicated, which we later had to deal with. Our salesperson was trying to get her name on our documents before a specific arbitrary date, so we had little time to review things, despite being legally allowed to do so. Very pushy and unapologetic. 2/10 would not recommend.

I was told I would get two walkthroughs before closing, I only got one so I didn’t see that the fence gate was on the wrong side of the house, no one told me that they only put grass down 20 feet from the back of your house so I have a good 10 feet of mud when it rains, wasn’t aware fence would not encompass the back door area. Read everything and ask the questions that you may think are stupid

Top of my list was the price - it was set in stone, no bidding on the property. I liked picking out the cabinets and the floors. The house was done on time and I am truly enjoying living in my new home!

Workmanship is poor. There are nails popping out of many cabinets, floors still left dirty with patches of dirt that are not washing off and many other day 1 issues that are not fixed even after 3 months.

Completely disappointed. Especially with the yard! It's unusable! And we were told that it was a family friendly community, however, it's NOT! it's more for older people who don't have kids, as long as they don't want to use the back yards, as they are uneven so they're dangerousto walk on! We should have one assigned parking spot out front, but there's not enough parking for the owners and guests. Another thing is providing us with the cheapest possible appliances like the dishwasher... with that said, we were told everything is included, that was false. The refrigerator, washer and dryer ...

While there is a warranty, it is really difficult to have anything fixed. I have to follow up like a bill collector to have contractors come to fix anything (aside from Casa mechanical - they have been AMAZING), and its really, really annoying. Some of the materials used don't equate to how expensive our house was, and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth that its so hard to get anything fixed.

They don’t do anything over the bare minimum… unless you want to pay an arm and a leg. Avoid Lennar, Lennar Mortgage, and Lennar Title they’re all equally as bad and have horrendous customer service.

This was the best home buying experience I've had in a long time. I bought my first house 20 years ago and it was a smooth process. After I moved to another state I started renting again but now I decided to purchase a home and going through the Lennar mortgage process and working with all the consultants and construction managers it was an excellent process and I am very blessed and please.

The trades they use do not do quality work. We have found that very cheap materials are used to cut costs and they are very hard to get out and fix any issues. We have dozens of items waiting to be fixed and our Lennar rep is unresponsive. I’m so disappointed in this company, as the houses cost more than they are worth, and as homeowners we should be able to expect quality for $400k. If we could do the homebuying process again we would not use Lennar. Be sure to get your own inspections done, and avoid Lennars mortgage company if you are able. They have a waiting list of people a mile long ...

Overall good and straightforward buying process. Quality of homes is just average. Not that great and not that bad. Most likely a apartment like quality is what you get. Issue solving - awesome. Lennar rocks. They fix the issue at top priority. Overall, recommended.

Quality of home is not the greatest, we expected more for the price. The closing process was horrible and unprofessional. Our appliances as well as HVAC broke within the first 2 weeks of moving in. It took 2-3 weeks to get our refrigerator replaced. Can’t say i’m satisfied with Lennar.

The material used are of poor quality and the work delivered was questionable. I'm not sure how this could pass inspections with so many major faults.

Ensure you get your independent inspection along the way and have Lennar fix it prior to closing. Post closing resolution is incredibly slow. I'm still waiting for things to be fixed that were identified at closing and 4months later still waiting.

Lennar homes include all the windows doors fireplaces unlike other builders like Richmond. So what you see is what you get and you don’t pay more to add it to the purchase price of the home. Quality of home is excellent. Downside is there’s no say in closing. With one months notice you could be going to closing six months early stuck paying for 2 homes.
