Overall, I am happy with the home. I like the floor plan and it works for me very well. Some things that I would note is that there were things that would have been nice to add, window screens, back door, medicine cabinets, entrance closet, and full grass coverage of back yard. Otherwise my buying experience was good.

I've been overall happy with my brand new home. The only thing I think could be improved is their responsiveness and professionalism. I was told that every time a service call comes, they'll always call. The only 2 folks I ever got a call are the HVAC and the electrician. Other folks just show up without a heads up. Also, the follow up isn't as good either. I think they need to hire more people or be more on top of their service calls.

The entire process from start to finish was very good. No problems, our house was finished pretty much on time, and we were able to close within 2-3 weeks of the initial date we were given when we picked our lot a year earlier.

The sale was a breeze but the receptivity of the project manager was negative. my back yard was missing sod and the rational provided by the project manger was very disappointing if not ridiculous!

Our walkway was left messy and I was told the developers supposed to fix it. I have sent several emails to get someone to fix our walkway, still no one is taking responsibility for it. A new community walkway shouldn’t be looking a mess.

Poor Workmanship/materials drown out the great customer service. Elina (sales agent) was fantastic, upfront, overly accommodating, and honest. However, I feel like I bought a used house and paid new house pricing. Simple things such as light switches not aligning, cracked/ damaged tile used, tile alignment causes overhangs. I could already see drywall screws through mud and paint, chipped light fixtures, terrible caulking jobs. The list goes on and on. I am not happy with my purchase, and I made this clear to Lennar in other surveys. I am hoping they redeem themselves in the 1 year fix. ...

The Lennar purchasing experience has been the worst purchasing experience of my life. I have been buying homes, cars and other big purchases for the last 43 years and the Lennar purchasing experience has been the worst. The willingness of Lennar mortgage to ignore signed agreements for locking in the rate and charge a full percentage point over and above the lock-in rate, in addition to penalizing us with more than $3,000 for the higher rate, were just a few of the glaring issues. Having an inspector for the final inspection on the house, working with the only company Lennar would accept ...

Construction workers toss trash anywhere but trash can. Some parts were rushed through like painting, interior trim, vent registers crooked. Other things like drywall, tile and framing were perfect. Lots of minor Warrantee issues. Mixed bag of great and crap.

Birigid the sales rep at lochiel farm made our experience very smooth. she is well knowledgeable and very kind and she explains very clearly and answers our questions very patiently. Do to her i had buyed 2 houses in lochiel farm. she is the best Sales rep i have ever met.

Been in the home for 4 months and they still haven't sent anyone to fix things. I've called and emailed. Back yard still flooding from just rain, wait until we have a hurricane water will be in my house. Lots of issues with this home.

The lack of communication - such as never telling us when you wanted us to pay the energy bill (even though we had been asking you and the energy company). So ins instead, our home lost power. Thankfully we were home and could rectify it immediately, but as a military family, imagine if we weren't? Food isn't cheap these days.

Salesperson and Construction portion of Lennar is excellent. Mortgage side needs improvement and is disorganized. After sale warranty division is great at communication but rigid and not on customer's side. Overall we are happy with our home. If I had another chance, I would use my own mortgage company.
