During the sales phase of my experience with Lennar the staff were much more responsive. Now that I have some small incidental repairs, they are not timely in completing these requests. Still very satisfied with my purchase.

The only think is the back grass needs better quality

Material quality used in house is very cheap, the vinal floor and carpet are of very poor quality.

Just wish the home had better finishes

Escrow closed in June and here it is November and it’s still not right. Clearly built with no quality control everything was handy man inexperienced labor. Cheap labor unlicensed contractor workers

Document everything with Lennar. Communication through email or text message so you have something in writing. Only reason there are two stars is because my realtor was awesome and the Builder Rusty is absolutely amazing.

We have bought and sold several homes within Heritage Park and the people make the difference at Lennar. Thank You for the ongoing support

Organize, responsive and friendly

My site manager was communicative and great to work with. When I put in a request for repairs there was a quick response, tho still waiting for some issues to be fixed. Overall a positive experience.

Make sure you do a thorough walk through. Have all items done before you close

Cookie cutter, bottom of the line appliances, shotty workmanship - no pride in work. Every vendor I had into my unit complained about how bad the construction was and no pride in the work. Mainly carpentry. The stairs are uneven, can see where drywall meets on walls, baseboards are crooked. This was my second Lennar home and I will never buy another Lennar home.

The quality of the home is excellent. Randy, Nicole & Thiago were great to work with during the entire process. we had her issues from start to finish.

Everyone and everything is great until the close.
