Although we closed on the expected closing date, the mortgage process could have been a lot smoother, poor communication. As a first time buyer I would say we love the house, only mishap was that we were expecting a step tray ceiling in the master bedroom and our home was built without, so again poor communication. Once moved in getting things repaired RIGHT has been nothing short of frustrating. The only thing I can add is that quality for the most part is above average however the drywall and painting is below average and getting these issues corrected is a pain. Needless to say I ...

Many items not completed at closing but the buyer is still required to close. A neighbor had to close without a certificate of occupancy. It has been 4 months since closing and many items have still not been resolved. Example of issues: Wrong carpeting, chipped mirrors and flooring, missing window sills, missing screens, scratches, chipped and gouges in kitchen granite countertop, floor tiles scratched, bent garage door. tiles missing on roof, vent not installed on outdoor grill, dirty grout in bathrooms, bent lanai frames. They are in such a rush to get the work done so they can close ...

House looks nice and style but thats about it. when it comes to other things, it didnt amaze me a whole lot. Issue after issue and wasnt all smooth. Communication could be improve a little better with warranty services now that we are into 4 months residing in the house. Sadly but it is what it is.

Arriona harless was our home consultant and she did an outstanding job. By go so far as to looking for the perfect house for my family and me. She insured it was in our budget and the space that we were looking for. Even after we got the house she insured that everything was going well with HOA and surrounding areas. And she still keeps in touch with us to ensure everything is going well. She went beyond all expectations.

Andrea was really awesome to work. Responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. The workmanship of the home is nearly perfect. But the group is very quick in responding to concerns and fixing any issues we have. And unfortunately, in this crazy market, I’m not sure one can get that great of value for a home but we are more than happy with the townhome overall.

Bought the home site unseen. Onsite sales staff were super responsive. When we finally saw the home we were blown away by how good it was. Home was delivered before promised delivery date and a few small items that popped up were handled super fast. Exceptional experience buying our second home.

I would recommend Lennar to anyone considering buying a new home. I think we got a good value for the dollar spent on a new home. We liked the fact that most things were included and did not have to incur large expenses after moving in. Our project manager and warranty representative have been great. They have been very responsive, helpful and followed through till a problem or concern was resolved.

They put a lot of pressure to close on a date in which only Lennar Mortgage can comply with date. I did try to use other mortgage bankers but with penalty of $5,000 if they did not meet the closing date I was forced to use Lennar Mortgage, which by the way did not offer the best interest in comparison with others.

The process and working with the staff was great. My only advice….be very observant and petty during you walkthrough/new home delivery. Look at counter tops for damages, walking vinyl floors in socks to feel n listen for imperfections. Look at the grouting.

The team I worked with included people in San Antonio and in Austin. The only person that did their job on time and checked on us to make sure everything was ok was Thomas G. Everyone else didn’t know how or where to do their job correct. Starting off with the loan advisor who always had to ask a manager to do anything, then he never sent us our paper work for closing so when it was time to close and we were almost keys in hand that were like we need more money from y’all! Nope that’s not what this contract says, so they went and made a new one and had us waiting there! It was horrible! Then ...
