From start to finish the process was great. Easy to follow directions and knowledgeable people. So much better than some of the other experiences we have had.

It was really a seamless experience that we experienced with Lennar while we purchased our investment home. Price was also reasonable.

It was pretty straightforward and they had good incentives.

The house was built with high quality, and the warrantee service team provides excellent service to take care of even every small issues.

We moved from out of state. Almost everything was handled online. We were kept informed at every step. We love our home and neighborhood. Several friends want to relocate here too because I brag all the time

No major issues with the home, everything good so far.

Everything we had to do was handled easily. Thanks to everyone who helped to get us in our brand new home. Of course there were a few things that needed some extra attention but Destiny was there to get it corrected right away. Lennar's is a great company that stands behind their work and their word. LENNAR WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FORTHRIGHT

Lennar staff and representatives were attentive, considerate, and sincere with respect to the process associated with our recent home purchase. Lennar wasn't our first home purchase, but it most likely will be our last home purchase considering the volatility of the real estate market.

The experience buying the home was fine. Although you must know how to navigate the Internet and how to upload and download files. The home is OK for the price. The neighborhood is already having a good experience in our lives. We're going to enjoy living here very much. Having four HOA's is a bit much to handle. I hope we can afford them in the future.

My overall experience has been great. There have been. Some flooring issues however Lennar has been very quick to respond. I contemplated a 4 star on the workmanship for that reason. I understand having to use different contractors to keep the wheels turning on putting up these homes quickly and I applaud Lennar for the value of the home, the timely responses, and the overall willingness to seek customer satisfaction. I've told several people I know about Lennar that are also looking to get still a great home without spending $500,000. Yes the home is settling in and things start to seem out of whack but I was extremely satisfied with how fast Kyndall is to respond to us and get someone out quickly to fix any and all issues. I love the home, love the value, and the affordability it gave for me to make a 2 plan of homeowship happen in 1. No more apartment living for us lol. Thanks team for the hard work and I promise to try and send people. Thank you also Jennifer on the Sales side for working with my crazy self and my Realtor to help get a dream done all before the holidays. Be prepared to upgrade your backyard.

This journey was amazing. I met Holly first and she showed me the availability of homes that met the criteria we discussed. She returned every phone call within minutes and was prompt for every appointment. She was very knowledgeable, and customer oriented. She was the best. Once I signed the contract on a home, I visited the site often. Brian was the main go to guy for me. When I had questions, he had answers! He was customer oriented, knowledgeable, and ahead of the project every time. He always ask me to make a list if I saw anything that needed attention to details with the construction. I made the list, but he always had every detail on my list corrected before I would see him the following day! I also was greeted by John and/or Darrell on some days as they were looking over the workmanship of the multiple laborers completing their task. They were informative, answered questions I had, and also made sure the craftsmanship was perfect as can be! They also shared suggestions and possibilities to me to make the house and property remain in perfect condition. I also looked forward to seeing Ed and Scott on my visits. They also inspected the workmanship and would oversee that any imperfection corrected. To team was meticulous! I do not know how to make it any clearer. I was part owner of a custom home construction company at one time and I know how hard this crew works to please the customer. They were all experts in their field and focused on the customers expectations. I never passed thru the neighborhood without them waving and making the effort to be sure everything was going well! The experience was ok

First of all, I will start with our Lennar guy, Bain. He is absolutely amazing. He was always available to answer any questions we had and his attitude was always great. He was patient and he knew what we were looking for and didn’t try to push us into something else. Everyone else that we have dealt with, from the quality inspector to the closing agent, was phenomenal! Thank you for a somewhat smooth home buying experience.

Everyone from the sales office to Customer Care made the buying process easy and stress free. It's been many years since we bought a new home and the Lennar team was wonderful.

Great experience. We also used Lennar Mortgage and Rebecca was fantastic! Some very minor things at inspection before closing but the whole team was responsive, professional, and really took care of us and still do during the warranty phase. Dakota the construction manager is amazing and always helpful. Brandon in the warranty department is all over it. Sure I’m leaving someone out but the whole team made it a pleasurable experience. I would use Lennar again in a heart beat! Love my home!

Lennar was by far the best experience as a first time buyer. Always on time and willing to answer any questions. Having a realtor Adrianna to guide me to them was amazing. I 100 percent would recommend to anyone

Overall good experience. Valerie McCarney was excellent and responded quickly to any questions. Not happy with propane heating costs and would prefer natural gas. Some carpentry and painting was sloppy but is scheduled to be corrected.
